Weathersealed or weatherseal. You think it's a famous reputable company but a bunch of rude, patronising cowboys with no scruples or pride in their work. Claim not to use subcontractors but they do. Dodgy indeed. Don't throw your money away on this lot!

Do not use, unprofessional, liars. Lucky I paid using my credit card so I'm getting my money back through Section 75 of the consumer credit act. For anyone else that used any kind of credit to pay, you can claim back up to 6 years, regardless of liquidation and reopening. It's your legal right.
Do not let them bully you.

Would’ve given nil stars, but the site can’t do that. Along with Scottish Power, it’s the pits. Conned my elderly father into paying twice as much as what he should have for 4 windows….£4500. They supplied 3 keys in total…3! By the time I found out, it was too late to cancel. The windows weren’t even top quality. I hate them, and I’ve been waiting for them to go bankrupt and prosecuted.

Had new windows (8) and doors (2) installed June 2021 front door was fitted without a letterbox! the guys seemed fine no problems Davey the owner promised us 10 year warranty. November 2021 still not received any proof of warranty. All the windows bang when shutting. Start of October 2021 the front door lock broke couldn't get a hold of Davey left 4 messages no reply, start of November 2021 finally found a number for Davey had to wait another week with the front door not locking before anyone came out the guy that came out was fine removed the old lock thought it was the barrel said that's fine it was another part that needs fixed and Davey would be in contact for a date, nearly December 2021 and no one has came back out, I've contacted citizens advice for help as davey is ignoring all calls and never once has Davey contacted me, Once he has the money there is no aftercare what so ever. We have no money to fix any problems £5500 down the drain.
I wish I seen all the reviews before using this company please avoid.

Got new windows end of July 2019 blinds blow when windows are shut, a hole in corner of bathroom window, kitchen window has fallen in, window did not fit in bedroom so they filled it in with foam im disgusted they seemingly went bust in the September
They are still using the same phone number before going bust. Phoned them they said I never took out an insurance with them, I thought they would be a 10 yr guarantee that's what they said so they have stole £6500 of old age pensioners this happened just months after they were put in also black marks on wind sills. I got someone out who worked with Windows and they said the rubber in my windows wasn't big enough can't afford to get sorted but we'll out of pocket should be ashamed of yourselves robbing pensioners cause that's just what you have done
I'm going to contact rip of Britain to see if they can help and expose them 😡

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Not only did that do a terrible job on my house, they were unpleasant and disrespectful while doing so. If you need roofing, go elsewhere

Had two 'cold' calls attempting to bully me into having a 'no obligation, free damp survey' which I reluctantly agreed to. I then researched their disgusting business methods ! ! ! !
I am registered with the Telephone Preference Service and have reported them for cold calling me

I give them one star because you can't give them no stars! I notice it is being said by others on Trust Pilot that Weaterseal has gone into receivership recently. That is strange because when I used them in 2017 they used the same story to refuse to repair a cracked window, within weeks of fitting. This is recurring tale

Just had two doors for a fantastic price fitted. Although Weathersealed failed to turn up on the first date I was given they were quick to come out after speaking to them.

The sales man we requested to come give us a quote was great, no hidden costs and the price was incredible compared to other companies. Couple of weeks later someone came out to take measurements and then the fitting took place after the doors came in stock. The fitter done a great job.
Would certainly recommend them.

Had windows fitted 2 months ago and they have left scratches, phoned up for them to tell me someone would be out to have a look, that still hasnt happened. For new windows the condensation is terrible. Had two people that wanted to get windows fitted by them but after care is none existent they wont be going with this company. AVOID!!!

Had windows installed in 2012. Terrible product and terrible service. Promised £500 cash back that we never received. It took months for them to rectify broken handles and damaged vents. They damaged the house rendering and promised to correct it but never did. They told lie after lie.

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!

My experience with Weatherseal is as follows after having my conservatory built “just” 10 years ago I’ve had to have one door replaced due to condensation between the inside and outside glass I then had the other door go a couple of years ago, it was arranged with one of their fitters Lee but sadly Lee broke his arm and was unable to come and replace the door. I waited hoping that as I trusted Lee he would be able to come back once his arm mended. I waited I then phoned Weatherseal to see if they still had the door and that my conservatory was out of guarantee. Please note this was all about a year ago! I have the paperwork dated May 2010 of my actually placing the order so I’m sure the guarantee starts once the work is complete not a year before I’ve even ordered the goods. So basically I was lied and badly let down by Weatherseal

Absolute con artists, they literally conned my father who was living on his own with dimentia. They got something in the region of £15,000 for work that wasn't done or didn't need doing. Horrible company who target and prey on elderly people living on their own.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Thieves and liars. Paid a fortune for doors and windows and received sub standard goods which have given me nothing but trouble.
THEY GO INTO LIQUIDATION EVERY FEW YEARS AND THE SAME PEOPLE STILL RUNNING AND WORKING FOR THE COMPANY.

How are these still trading? I was told about 8 years ago that they were going into liquidation when I called them to repair some locks on the windows and doors. I paid £10.500 for my windows and doors to be replaced and got told that I'd have to pay the new company that was taking over to fix them as the 10 year guarantee was no longer valid even though I got given a 20 year guarantee by the guy who came out as they were going to use my house as a "show home". I was told I had to decide there and then when the guy came round as I was getting such a "good deal". He promised to defer my payments by 6 months which he didn't so we had to remortgage the house which was fully paid for right on top of Christmas with 3 small children at the time. They use shoddy locks which don't open so your locked in your house and windows you can't open. They set fire to my house and then complained about the smoke and how they couldn't work on a smoky atmosphere, these were the first work men who got taken off the job as my husband stormed in the office at Winsford and demanded they be taken off. They destroyed my carpets, bath through standing in it, cracks in the walls when romoving old windows and doors. Fortunately the next work men finished the job. It was supposed to of taken 3 days and ended up being 2 weeks. DO NOT USE WEATHERSEAL. I learnt the hard way and couldn't get legal action against a company who claimed to be in liquidation. I'm starting to think it is fake and they use that line when you go back to complain!!!

I had them do my windows a few years back. They were all very nice, cleaned their mess and haven't had a problem with the windows. I am thinking about having them do my roof. I was reading through the comments and was just wondering why they commented back on good reviews but not on the bad ones. Seems they would try to make things right. Kinda makes me want to reconsider the roof.

Worst company out stay away 9 windows fitted October 2019 ,bathroom one was cracked told one was coming following week , never appeared, kitchen window not sealed and plasterwork damaged same as bathroom . Living room outside lentil broken and filled with foam man appeared last Wednesday 5th of February 2020 to put in new bathroom glass and remedial work on rest of complaints still not finished as could not sort plaster work damage but I’m not finished with this company yet as I’ve got trading standards on to it also never had a visit from surveyor yet checking the fitters work so till he comes I won’t be happy as for ten years warranty not worth the paper it’s written on
