Watersports Warehouse Bewertungen 

I have been looking for a suitable wetsuite for some time. Finally, "mission accomplished" with good advice and help from the warehouse staff. Greetings from North Iceland.

One to avoid. I had to return an item, the company refused to send a returns label instead opting to send out an aggressive email containing a long list of conditions for the return. After 5 days of them receiving the package (I paid to track it) I got in touch. They sent me an equally aggressive email advising they had received the package but needed 14 working days to review it and action it! It’s been 3 weeks and they still owe me £70. Please don’t use this company.
Edit: a week after a wrote the above review they have sent an email to acknowledge the refund and said it will be a further 10 working days!

Can’t comment on the products as I’ve bought them for a Christmas present but I can comment on the service so far, I stupidly ordered an item twice, so called up and got a friendly answer, sent my item off and got my refund just over a week. Happy days!

Ordered size 7 boots but was sent a Junior xl size instead. Got in touch to ask that this be sorted only to be given some patronising email response how it would be more "eco friendly" for me to just accept the other size!...and that they were "approximately similar size" anyway. As I recall I didn't order or pay "approximately" for something...An arrogant response that says alot about this outfit.

Brilliant ! They phoned AND emailed to check a detail of my order. It arrived very quickly via tracked delivery. Very well packaged. Cheaper than rivals AND this is a very REAL UK based company.

I have purchased from this company before but on this occasion I had to request an exchange. The process was easy, communication was quick via email and I returned my product, they received it the next day and I then received my new product the day after that. I will use Watersports Warehouse for my next purchase without hesitation.

I ordered two pairs of water shoes for myself and my husband. Both arrived promptly (although the tracker they emailed me didn't work) and mine fit very well. I've already worn them to the beach and they're great! Good fit and offer good protection of my delicate feet. Unfortunately, due to the confusing sizing chart on their website, my husband's shoes did not fit and had to be sent back (postage paid by me). I emailed them to get the return reference number and then called to explain that I only ordered the wrong size due to their size chart, but the woman I spoke to was not particularly interested or helpful. I wasn't expecting a refund (in fact, I already ordered the correct size pair from them, and paid postage all over again) but it would've been nice for her to acknowledge that by selling European-sized shoes and then offering their own size conversion chart on their website, they're taking chances. Instead, I was told that they've sold "loads" of these shoes and never had a problem. I won't be ordering from them again.

Fantastic service! I ordered a Scuba mask with prescription lenses. My order was processed immediately and delivered 3 days, with the lenses fitted. Best price I found out of all the companies I researched online. Can't fault these guys, this will be my go-to place for all things water related in future.

Sarcastic and patronising response to a legitimate question by email. I will be shopping elsewhere.

We have purchased several wetsuits for our kids through Watersports Warehouse (WW). One wetsuit was delivered in a different color than we ordered, but in general it has been a good experience.

Our latest purchase however was a little frustrating. We did not receive a shipping confirmation from WW, so we thought the shipment was delayed.
Approx. 2 weeks after ordering I contacted WW, and asked when we should expect the package. WW wrote back – now with a Track and Trace number - that the package was shipped on Oct. the 26’th.
Due to whatever circumstances the local postal service did not inform us that they had tried to deliver the package on Oct. the 30’th. So it wasn’t until I contacted WW on the 8’th of Oct., that I was made aware that the package was at the local post office – reaching “deadline” and return to sender.

WW have a great selection, and quick respond to emails so we will shop at Watersports Warehouse again .

We bought two Cressi Travellight BCD with two different order, the team at Watersports Warehouse spot it as the delivery address was the same and promptly refunded the next day delivery supplement to one of the two order, it says a lot about their honesty and attention to details.

BCD Arrived well packed and next day as expected, we have yet to try them in water however so far so good...we will definitely use them again as the service was super!
