I studied understanding children and…
I studied understanding children and young people's mental health level 2 and completed the course in November 2023. I got the all clear from my tutor that I have completed the course and passed all my assessments and a certificate would be issued in about 14weeks - 16weeks after compilation has been done but till date I have not received the certificate.
I enjoy studying the course and got my tutor's support.
The certificate is urgently needed.

The subject material was great
The subject material was great. The feedback left from my tutor was felt in the first person.
It was my first course in UK.
I would recommend some face to face assisting from a teacher or a tutor to build some confidence in the subject.
Overall, I had a good experience and achieved to Business and Admin Level 2.

It was harder work than I expected
It was harder work than I expected, but that was partly because I wanted to provide good examples, which involved a lot of research. I learned a lot, both through the coursework and the research, so overall it was a good experience.

Shouldn't have bothered
Mainly theory, good method of repetition though spread between two platforms. Does require hours putting in. Some typos in the study material. Afterwards you will be encouraged to apply for jobs what you find on the Internet or sign up with an agency, and result is rather based on luck and job market situation in your area and commutable areas. Probably more useful if you done the job already and needed some formal qualification.

A genuine learning experience.
It was an intense course and not for the faint hearted. It forced you to gather your own reading material and perform your own research to answer questions. These are good skills which, once you have them, will better your future whether that be in further training or in the work place. I have a degree already and this course was every bit as challenging. I would fully recommend it to anybody serious about furthering their knowledge of nutrition and health.

It's a good course that I recommend, but the platform should be improved.
It's a good course that I recommend to everyone, even if don't want to work in administration, but could be better if had some videos, and not only reading, other thing is that you have to remember where you left, because the platform doesn't mark what you already have completed, and at 5 to 10 minutes without interaction with the course, it shows a page not found if you try to go to other page, than you have to go to the home page, login again and start all the process again, doesn't go to where you left. My 3 stars is for the course in general, all included, but for the content of the course would be 4 the same for the support, thats is helpfull and kind.
