Despite 3 and a half years and fourteen cancellations due to unfavourable weather this was a brilliant experience that I’d recommend to anyone. Our pilot Russell Collins was fantastic and the views were superb. Good fun preparing and dismantling the balloon too!

Probably one of the best experiences, you just have to be prepared for cancellation after cancellation but when you get on the flight it is amazing and would highly recommend. The weather couldn’t have been better, a perfect day with a brilliant pilot “Mike”

It was absolutely amazing! So organised from start to finish & Matt our pilot was extremely knowledgeable, professional and amusing.

Took four years before we managed to get good weather to fly. Too long in my opinion. Need more flights to increase the chances of flying or the possibility of delays needs to be made more obvious when booking.

I booked hot air balloon for my child birthday last year, but it just cancelled in a very short notice exactly on his birthday which was very disappointing but we said alright safety is more important than anything. Since then we keep booking flights and it keeps cancelling each time. After so many cancellations I I became suspicious that is there any hot air balloon flight at all or is it just private balloons the one sometimes I see in the sky. But still I was trying to be positive and made booking in other cities and checked the weather conditions in advance. Booking balloon flights on other cities cost extra for train ticket and hotel tickets, food and many more. Which I even attached all the evidence via an email to them once they trapped me and ended up losing my flight. I had a pm booking they messaged me recommended to change the slot for pm to am, after confirming their timing with customer support on the phone that said it’s around 7am when I arrived the landline number voicemail said the flight is 6:15am and somehow they arranged to make my voucher invalid anymore and give me about 10% discounts to buy again another voucher and paying them more and more and waiting years for the service they paid for. During all this hassles some of the customers may go to a hot air balloon flight with a personal group of fraudulent virgin hot air balloon fight with their own criminal team.

To make long story short It’s now clear to me now that after selling the vouchers without delivering the service they tries different ways to repulse most of the people who paid money by disappointing them by cancelling again and again the flight and eventually the vouchers expires without using or by trapping them in some kind of confusing situation to lose the meeting, and buy get some discounts and buying again the vouchers.

No wonder in the era of buying likes, comments and views to online pages, buying some positive reviews for such a big fraudulent business is like a peace of cake.

My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed our hot air balloon ride yesterday! The pilot was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and interesting. We couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful it was up there! Highly recommend.
