I got one of the brightest starts for my girlfriend. Said you can see it with the naked eye, but you cant the app keeps kicking me off and showes it towards the ground not in the sky!

Im trying to locate them on line and can not find their site. How can locate the star

Literally bad quality to be honest - my sister is quite sentimental and loves this kind of stuff. Thought for my nephews first birthday that me and my sisters would make this part of his birthday present and it came to us in not the best condition, the glue was showing on the wax seal and the packaging wasn't that intact in the post. My sister who paid got in touch about the glue marks but we were told they could look in to it but they normally don't refund, which I understand from their perspective as a business, but unfortunately the quality was poor and I had to last minute go and buy something else for my nephew, so it was not about the refund really, just a poor experience.

I was thrilled with my purchase for my beloved late husband. Speedy delivery and kept informed at all times. Well packaged too only downside was although the package was clearly marked DO NOT BEND the daft postman shoved it in my letter box! Luckily I was on hand to retrieve it and obviously this was no fault of the company. I would recommend Universal Star Registry and would not hesitate to use them again. Many thanks

I bought from Brazil for birthday gift from my girlfriend. It came in 17 days in perfect condition, with a much higher quality than I imagined, and she loved even more so! I recommend enough to gift a girl you love.
I do not give 5 stars by contact with the company. I did not know how long it would take or was en route. contact with the company should be better (sorry my english)

Totally shocked by the service offered by Universal Star, a Star was bought as a gift to a close family friend when their son was murdered! We thought the Star might be a good idea and got it dated for the day he died only to receive the certificates (2 ordered) with the wrong date on it (in fact it was in the future, explain that one??)
When I eventually got through to "Ashleigh" she was less than helpful in fact quite rude and abrupt, didn't care that HER Company had made a mistake and informed me that I would have to pay again to correct her problem! Will not be leaving that there, what's the point of having a returns policy if a company doesn't adhere to it. I asked numerous times if there was a manager I could speak to as I was upset and appalled at how Ashleigh was - apparently she is the only person in charge - OH WOW what a great owner of a company - that's all about Customer Service JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
would not recommend to anyone - when your paying good money you expect to receive what you pay for!!

Reading the previous reviews, it doesn't seem like they really care about their products. They made a spelling mistake and with a name that's the most important thing. When i called up to tell them (the correct name on the invoice) all "Ashleigh" said was "sorry". She said she'd send out another one but it wont get to be on time for the anniversary date. - Present Ruined!!!

i asked for same day delivery as it was her mistake but she outright refused it (as it obviously would've cost her). She refused to back down and wouldn't let me finish my sentence buy cutting me off continuously saying "i've given you the two options, what do you want?" (two options being send out the corrected but not same day delivery or refund). This type of customer service was extremely poor, clearly they don't care about what they're selling or being RUDE and upsetting customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Have used this service more than once and it makes an amazing impression!

I named the star in honour of my Mother that passed away. I requested 4 copies so each of my siblings could have one and that the delivery date be in time for her funeral. In just a few days the package arrived and we were able to attend the funeral knowing that we always had a reminder of Our Beautiful Mother. Thank you

Nice idea. A star named after me by my husband. Unfortunately, can't see a star when searching the Universal Star Registry with google. Just a black screen with a white box and my name and registration number on it. Nothing seems to be wrong, but maybe there is. I left it for 40 minutes in case there was a download delay, but nothing. A bit disappointed but, as I say, still a nice idea.
The people who are happy with your product seem to be the ones who got a good reaction when giving the gift. I think it would be a different matter once the receiver tried to access and actually look at their star.

Brought a star from star universal came a day after the date I requested and also thought there was instructions on how to see your star on google earth but just has the co-ordinates of the star and doesn't explain what you have to do to see the listing either

I am not happy,because I cant find my star in your registry. I cant open Virgo registry for last 2 weeks.

I look at my daughter as the most precious thing in my life, she is a star! This is the most perfect gift for the most perfect girl in the world to celebrate her 1st birthday.

Was very worried I'd left my purchase too late but called them & asked how long it was expected to take, I was told no more than 5 working days & it arrived in 3!
