Ive used this company a lot over the years since 2009. They provide what is asked of them. Their website is one of the most comprehensive ones I have seen with detailed desrciptions of all stock. Occasionally I was in need of speciality DVD media for a job, this company purchased in the specific type needed for me and delivered it within a week. Ive bought items for friends and family from them and all were delivered withing days not weeks. Only one time I had to call them about a faulty delivery, not their fault, it was a badly made couple of DVDr in a 50 pack. I paid the return, they deducted the cost from my next purchase.
Its not often this type of company gets repeat business but they had mine for years and my recommendation to others for bulk purchases.

Advertised a Dual core 7" Android tablet for £30 (refurb). Purchased one, waited a month, no sign of product or communication from company. Rang customer services asked what was going on and was told 100's of these items "had been lost in the post". So when I asked why I had not been contacted to be told of this (what I believe fictitious) loss of 100's of tablet devices by the postage company, they said "we were waiting for customers to contact us" (ukdvdr.co.uk) about the problem. The reasoning I can only guess at behind this would be so that if some customers had received the item, they couldn't lie and say that they had not to receive another device? Great trust in the customer. Offered me a replacement device which was no where near the standard of the original device, and wanted to keep the same amount of money!? Clowns. So all in all, cannot deliver what they advertise, dishonest, awful customer service. Just glad that I used Paypal so that I could receive my money back without a fight. If I had not, I am certain it would have been a challenge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I never leave reviews of companies but felt I had to warn people not to waste their precious time and money dealing with these people. Go elsewhere even if it costs more, for piece of mind.

I cannot fault this company.
I buy compatible inkjet cartridges from them. Their cartridges are 14-15 ml, much more ink than most compatibles, and more ink than the Epson originals.
Their delivery is super speedy - usually the next day.
Great company

I bought a pack of white faced DVDs which on arrival turned out to be white, but not printable. After a lot of time wasted negociating with (LOL) Customer Service they gave me a return order offering refund or replacement (for printable ones). And no, they would not pay the return postage!!!
They did not send a replacement - they just did a (Paypal) partial refund - carefully not paying back my original p&p charge!!!
So I got stuffed for postal charges both ways. I wonder how guilkty the customer service people feel when they draw their wages!! I couldn't rest easy in my bed if I worked like that.
This is the crappiest firm I have had the misfortune to deal with in many a long year and I only wish I had checked out review sites before ever dealing with them. They can rest assured that I will be spreading the word - big time.
(I note that they don't have a presence on Facebook - good job I should think - but I can post on my own profile of course.)
Ginen all the terrible reviews I have read - why doesn't the firm review their own servces and amend accordingly. From what I have read, they don't deserve to remain in business and carrying like this will probably mean that they won't in the future!!

They simply can´t Deliver the goods i have waited over a month now for my last order :-( Although it was a good company several years ago.

I have ordered a variety of goods from this company from blank media to a Camcorder and in all cases, my deliveries were within 2 working days. I cannot fault this company for their prices or speed.

This company take your money, then you are chasing them for weeks for the goods to be delivered. Normally you have to threaten legal action then to get a refund or the goods or do chargebacks through your card issuer.

They are good though at making new and interested excused why things go wrong.

As a note im not speaking with respect to a single order, we were a regular customer then every order there has been serious problems for a year now.

Youve been warned, pay a little extra so that you know the goods will turn up. Case of a good company gone bad since they were taken over.
