Waiting for toilet delivery. I think I threw my money down the toilet. No one answers the phone so I am still waiti ng for delivery notification.

Shocking service, avoid Garscube Road branch. ordered full bathroom things was missing. My tile choice was ignored and they chose what they wanted!! Left with boxes of excess tiles as I got my choice eventually . If anything could go wrong it did, started march & took till
May to get refund. This was the manager I was dealing with. Totally shocking in todays times, tried to find head office, left a email on a contact us and still no reply. City plumbing in wishaw is excellent I wish I’d given them my business, a I’ve done second bathroom. Shame on plumbstore!!

Ordered two Polyfit parts, arrived in poor condition. However after sales support excellent, received replacement parts quickly.

I use the web a lot to order various products including plumbing items and very rarely have any problems - this is the first for a long time. Plumbstores website wasn't working properly when placed order (tried about 4/5 times to get it to work) so in the end had to place order by phone. When doing so checked specifically on delivery timing. Ladies in office very helpful to process order and deal with my queries. However delivery didn't arrive either on a.m. specified or even that day despite calls and special arrangements made to ensure someone would be available to sign for the goods. When I enquired t the next day re delivery which hadn't arrived was advised it could be expected before noon that day. No apology or reason given as to why delivery failed to arrive on original date. Goods arrived around 40mins late that next day (delivered by Wolseley). Good price but probably will probably not use again as couldn't stand the potential hassle of ordering and awaiting their delivery again. Once bitten twice shy I'm afraid.

Says free delivery, But when i ordered i had to pay £6 delivery as my order wasn't over £70. How many people are going to spend over £70, Could have posted my item at couple of ££. Also took a while to come, next day would have been nice.

After having a problem ordering on the website I rang up to place my order for a radiator. The order was dealt with quickly and my radiator arrived within two days. The price was 20% cheaper that the next nearest price on the web. The combination of that and the fast and efficient service mean I will certainly use this site again if I can, although it seems to be offline at the moment.

I ordered a Toilet Pan Connector two weeks ago (25th March '13) and I still have not recieved it. Item was clasified as in stock. After may order was placed I shold have got an email within 48 hrs of my confirmed delivery - so far nothing!

I have now had no working toilet for two weeks!

Really quick and friendly, great customer service. BUT really would like to order more but their WEBSITE no longer seems to exist via google or the link on this page?

Order took ages to arrive - actually still hasn't arrived 2.5 weeks after being placed - whole build schedule is broken. Shouldn't have asked for feedback before fulfilment.

Cheap and you get exactly what you pay for - will never use again.

Would not have chosen to award even the single star that the survey software insists on.

I talked to a young lady who was really engaging, and actually managed to help me order an item, as the website was down. Can't put my finger on it, but it was like going into a family shop. Item nicely packaged, in brown paper and handwritten !! Anyway, enough nostalgia. Good product range and excellent service in a nutshell. Definately use again.

Placed my order online and the sale went through smoothly. Because I live on an island of the North West coast of Scotland I checked their post code delivery locator and was to be charged £6 carriage which I was quite happy to pay. My credit card was debited for the item + carriage. The following day I received an email telling me they couldn't deliver to my location. over a week later I had to email them because they hadn't credited the monies back to my credit card!!!

I'd recommend Theplumbstore - I'd never ordered radiators before but felt confident that there were real people behind the website. After the familiar basket checkout & payment stage, I was able to email then speak to customer services to make particular delivery arrangements. This happened exactly as requested on the promised date. The stylish Stelrad radiators were delivered safely packed and are now installed in my house.

I am never surprised at the variance in prices when shopping on the net but to make a £50 saving is a bargain. No issues other than, I wasn't made aware that my package had been despatched until it arrived. (promptly it has to be said)

The plumbstore appears to have everything that I needed and was ordered ok. I got the first email confirmation and all seemed it was going well. I have read reports that items haven't been delivered or even that the wrong item was sent. this did not effect me and everything I ordered turned up. However be prepared for a waiting game. I recieved no emails about my delivery and when it was expected. The delivery did turn up but a day later than I thought. The plumbstore need to improve their systems for letting the customer know what's happening. I did feel as if I was left hanging a bit.

Would recommend this company.

I found the Plumbstore had a large range of radiators to choose from and were very competative on price.
They were quick with getting the goods to me and alround I have had a pleasant experience shopping on line with Plumbstore.

I ordered a central heating timer from the plumb store website which was very easy to use and the part arrived quicker than expected. It is rare to find a company that does what it says on the tin. So well done plumb store and thank you
