I ordered a picnic table the first week of June. A couple of emails saying "Oh, we forgot to add tax, etc. so it will be this much more." I said okay, then I have to fill out a credit card form. The expected delivery was 2 weeks to ship and 25-30 days for delivery. They charged my card the first week of June. That seemed pretty good as would think that meant that is was made and getting ready to ship. Nope. Here we are the last week of August and still no notice of shipping. They always blame the freight companies. I don't give a hoot about "white glove" delivery, just delivery. The ridiculously overpriced ($800 for a picnic table and benches) "white glove" shipping is not optional either. I will update if and when I receive the table

Avoid Avoid - Ordered table and chairs that was never delivered. You have been warned this is not an honest company.

Although we actually wanted to purchase an outdoor furniture set from this company, when we didn't get a response from them after placing initial order we started to check out the reviews in more depth and found that some others have had the same issue. We placed an order a week ago, had no response, contacted via telephone with no answer, contacted via email asking them what was happening again with no response, and to date we still haven't had any communication about the order. We have since sent them another email hopefully cancelling the order but who knows if they will ever respond!! Try elsewhere!!

Have used teak warehouse before for other garden projects, no fuss, high quality items supplied with the ease of their own delivery service

My parents bought a set of furniture costing £999 from Teak Warehouse in March 2016. After refusing one chair (it was actually broken), the furniture which was delivered now ( infact by July when the initial complaint was made) looks absolutely dreadful (cracked, discoloured, poorly made etc) and Teak Warehouse are refusing to communicate with us. My father, who is 75, cannot sit on the chairs for fear of them breaking. They are very badly made. We wrote in July 2016 enclosing pictures of the furniture - no response! We are not prepared to accept a replacement set of furniture - we have totally lost confidence so it is a full refund or nothing. We have had to write a formal letter of claim (the start of legal proceedings at our local court is imminent) which has taken up a great deal of effort and time. We are currently investigating the so called company Teak Warehouse (not registered at Companies House in any guise) with the Trading Standards department at Essex County Council. As you might imagine, we will not stop until we have all our money back from Teak Warehouse and the dreadful furniture has been taken away.

I can now add (as of 10 November 2016) that the letter I wrote to them before formal court proceedings have to be issued has been returned by Royal Mail with a note that Teak Warehouse have gone away. They are no longer at the business address they list on their 'Contact Us' part of their website. Even more suspect!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Apart from a brief confusion on delivering the next day everything was excellent. I am very impressed with the quality and value of the garden furniture set I bought and their driver Kevin could not have been nicer or more helpful. Recommended without reservation.

Ordered Luytens bench online, delivered by very friendly delivery driver called Ashley few days later. Paid cash on delivery. It was easy to put together and looks fantastic, really pleased. Highly recommended

Was impressed to take delivery on a Thursday afternoon, having ordered on the Wednesday afternoon. Excellent service from delivery driver, Ashley. Table and chairs were as expected and seem to be of good quality. Only time of course will confirm quality, but first impression is favourable.
I was initially disconcerted to find that payment by card was not possible and had to arrange a bank transfer by my bank, which is not so simple for a customer who does not believe in on-line banking.
Queries to Dan in the office by e-mail about delivery were responded to promptly.
All in all this was a easy and successful purchase.

My order arrived on 25/04/2016, we were originally pleased however on closer inspection the quality is not good - chair with wood worm, chipped & cracked table and no cushions were delivered. We have called (and been hung up on) several times and told the cushions would be delivered in the next couple of days but we still haven't received them (20/06/2016). We were asked to email regarding the other issues and had a very rude reply in regards to the chipped table and have had no reply regarding the issues with the chairs. I have never received such bad customer service and would not recommend using this company.

We paid cash on delivery for our order, over £500. We received the wrong items. The table design was different to the one pictured on the website. We tried emailing and calling teak warehouse many times but it took about 15 calls to get an answer and the emails bounced back. When we said we had received the wrong table and chairs we were told the design had changed. We accepted the table but asked for the correct chairs to be delivered asap. The bench seat we received had missing bolts, we asked for replacements but did not receive them. The sales person was often blunt and dismissive and hung up on me once. We eventually received the correct chairs a week later and I had to call the company many times to get an ETA on the delivery, I had to wait in all day for them to arrive and it was gone 6pm when they did.

Gruff and overly antagonistic phone staff who hung up on me when I cancelled the order. Claimed to deliver in 3 working days but reneged on this when queried.

Good table and 6 chair set, solidly build and very pleasing to look at. The extendible table is very smooth. Delivery driver Ray very helpful and showed me exactly how to fit the legs to the table top. It was late being delivered and next time I would get them to phone before delivery, it was my fault I chose not to. Recommended

We have just had a garden furniture delivered today by Keven the service was excellent and the advice given to keep it looking like new could not have been better

Excellent communication and service, very happy with our Miami 8 seater stacking set.

Speedy order process and prompt communication. Supporting information was a nice touch. David, the delivery guy, kept me informed of the delivery and was courteous, friendly and super helpful. The set was a surprise gift for our parents and they thought David was great.

looked at reviews and saw good and bad but really wanted a quality teak set so i asked for the payment on delivery option so i could make sure of what i was getting. So glad i went through with it, teak was beautifully finished and the build quality on the stacking chairs was second to none, not one screw or bolt showing.The table was another quality made item, i have seen some tables with a rough hand chiseled joints but you can see these are machine drilled so fit perfectly driver was inhouse and also very helpful getting table up onto our patio without a problem quality excellent,service excellent,very pleased

Following the excellent furniture bought through rattanwarehouse we ordered a teak bench for a certain place in the garden as the furniture set was needed in another part of the garden. Driver was Extremely helpful in placing the bench where required,nothing to much trouble for him . The instructions for putting together the small amount required were easy to follow and everything fitted well.
