Ordered a 3 compartment feed bin, after 6 weeks of complaining, and cancelling the item as it was far to late, not receiving a refund, but then after about 8 weeks an item turned up the wrong one surprisingly. Now been trying to return but not having much luck as nothing happens with them

Never sent our item. When I e-mailed customer service they said it was coming and 5 weeks later nothing. Now their website is down. Complete scam!

Absolutely disgusting do not buy off them had a dry back rug combo only brought it in June this year and it ripped from the seam she only wore it if raining so emailed them sent pictures like they asked had a few emails then stopped customer service absolutely crap, just be careful don't buy anything just ripped off

Do not use. Fake goods from China and uncontactable for refund. Fortunately used a credit card and the bank will refund the money.

Unfortunately I purchased something from here for my wife for Christmas. Needless to say the item was never delivered. I tried to contact them and I sent them emails. Having seen that the site is still online I reported them to Worldpay and then Tack Direct sent me an emails saying that the transaction was cancelled and then they send me a refund confirmation. Guess what... 4 weeks later, the refund has not been paid. In my experience these people have no intention of sending the good or my money.

DO NOT buy of these people.

Ordered a riding hat in November £144 navy leather. I returned it quickly by recorded delivery as it was too big and I didn't like the peak. The hat was covered in a white powder substance which I thought had been caused by damp. I cleaned most of it off. I told them I was returning the hat and they eventually responded stating that I had returned it to the supplier and not to them although that was the address on the invoice. Once they had received it, miraculously there was no white powder on the hat. They said they would have to send it back to the supplier at my cost and it stated that safety equipment could not be returned just in case it was faulty. I said that on the website it stated that ANYTHING could be returned within two weeks. I am still waiting for a reply to numerous emails and have not received a credit..

I ordered and paid for a riding hat, which never arrived. They are uncontactable now as their number is not recognised and they do not answer any emails. They come under the [External link] in Edinburgh who has lots of companies of which all have numbers not recognised! I am assuming this company group is fraud!

Very happy with the speed of delivery, price and the quality of my new chaps.

Daughter bought pair of boots, which she found very easily on website. Plenty of details and sizing guides which was very useful. Boots arrived well packaged within 5 working days by Courier.

I'm always a wee bit wary of buying online from a company for the first time but I had no problems with them at all, the halter came quickly with no hassles. I was pleasantly surprised when I recieved and email a few days after the halter arrived, just checking that I had recieved it and I was happy with it and the service. I would definatly use them again (and they were the cheapest place for the halter! ;-) )

I ordered a pair of Mark Todd fleece lined boots - Tackdirect was the cheapest I could find them on the internet - They arrived in 3 days, well packaged. I shall be using them again!

Thanks for brilliant customer service. The product came 3 days after I ordered it on a Friday evening, It was in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted. I had looked around for a pair of Old Macs hoof boots for a while and this was the most reasonably priced website I could find. Yet product was not compromised for good price. Easy to navigate website and very attractive.

I was kept up to date with my orders and they even emailed to ask if I'd received it. Very good customer service.

I bought a silver clincher brow band, full size, to find that the loops were so small it would not fit on any headpiece on the yard!!! I contacted tackdirect and received an email back stating the loops are standard size which is 5/8"? And the browband whether pony/cob or full is the same!!!!! To my and lots of other peoples knowledge, browband loops on a full are bigger than that for a pony!! This was not clear on the website, so i decided to look at buying a narrower headpiece, I failed to find one. According to other tack suppliers the standard is 1" which includes 3/8" of which is the throat lash strap. I then contacted the company by phone Dec 2012, spoke to a sales man who took my query and confirmed he would contact the suppliers again and have an email sent to me to clarify my question. 3rd Jan 2013 still not heard anything so emailed again asking for a refund. 11th Jan no reply received so I have sent another. I have since bought another from Equestrian Clearance, the loops are 1" fit almost every bridle on the yard. This is a full size and the loops go smaller for pony size ect. The product I bought is not fit for any purpose other than a in hand very narrow bridle. Tack direct have stolen money from me, I will never order from them again, or recommend their products.

Was very please with produce. There was a delay with dispatching (but to be fair it was christmas) items but once they were dispatched had items within 2 days.

Would recommend this company.

ORDERED AN ITEM AS A GIFT FOR A FRIEND, HAD A PROBLEM RE DELIVERY I CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL AND THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS AND WILL USE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
