Best scammers I know out there. Claim products are in stock but when I make an order they'll delay the process for it to take up to a month to give a refund back! Scumbags!!

Only giving this place 1 star because no stars isn't an option. Ordered a speaker from their website and paid for next day delivery that they knew fine well wasn't in stock. Taking money by deception and reported to my credit card company.
The owner of the company has the worst customer service skills I have ever heard in my life. The conversion I had with him was unbelievable.
Days and days for money to be refunded and still waiting. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I would like to say how impressed we are. Ordered for next day delivery (after the 3pm cut off) and arrived within 48hrs. Exactly what I wanted. Excellent service.

Superfi offers a good range of products at reasonable prices. Ordering was straightforward, and delivery was prompt. While a couple of minor issues like a damaged packaging box and slower communication were noticeable, the product itself arrived in excellent condition. Overall, a reliable service with room for improvement in customer support. Would recommend for quality hi-fi needs.

I didn’t receive the item because you was saying it was out of stock but on placing the order it clearly said it was in stock there needs to be better monitoring on websites so this doesn’t happen

Didn't have my items in stock, but still took my money, emailed me to say it was me who cancelled the order, I didn't !! emailed again to say they will refund me, they haven't !!

I recently bought a Denon CD player from Hyperfi which arrived in used condition. When I complained, I was told that the item was actually "B-Stock". I didn't remember any notification letting me know I was not buying new during purchase. I later discovered a very brief mention which requires scrolling down to the bottom of the following page, way past the player's description and way past the "add to cart" button which were on the main page. I think the words "B-Stock" should be on the 1st page or main page, certainly before the "add to cart" not after. I ended up having to pay postage and return postage.

Uber quick turnaround from purchase to receipt of delivery. Fantastic service, won't hesitate to use this company again in future.
