Ordered a projector lamp bulb which came within two days. It arrived smashed in the box. I contacted Sound and Vision, arranged to send it back and a replacement arrived within two days. Faultless service, would definitely use again.

b4 1pm next day. TV as good as new. Easy DIY job if you follow instructions supplied
and see youtube demo . If your TV seems to be loosing picture quality i would recommend you by a new lamp before it goes bang like mine did.

Ordered a bulb for my Sony on Tuesday around 3pm, phoned them a half hour later to be told order had been received and processed!!! had it delivered the next day at 11am..

With my Panasonic projector model (PT-AE3000E) no longer in production but with still many miles on it, I was in deep trouble when its remote failed. So, here was a perfectly good projector hanging uselessly from my ceiling for want of a remote. Panasonic themselves were of little help - locally and online. My explorations on the web revealed a single reliable source for a replacement remote - Sound and Vision. I placed an order (for international delivery); it was despatched the very same day by Royal Mail arriving in India in what I consider pretty good time. My Panasonic is alive again!
