Prices here are more than affordable so I don't even bother on this matter. The company has dozen of positive reviews as they provide services with dignity. You can also find good products for school here.

Nothing wrong with printing, however lunch box with defects not stated on the advertisement. White marks all over the top part of the box. Not the best communication with customer service.

The lunch boxes are available in many different colours, occasionally through the manufacturing process there can be slight waves through the colour in a few places. These are not marks on the lunch boxes but ingrained in the BPA-free plastic and would not be defined as a defect. The embroidery on the Teddy bear was on both sides. Front (as ij the picture on the site) and at the back but backwards.

The gorgeous Happy Horse comforters do not have a zip opening so that one side of the fabric only can be embroidered (adding a zip would not be suitable on this type of baby comforter). Due to this, the comforter is embroidered through the front to the back, so you will be able to see the underside of the embroidery, which is very neat and doesn't detract from the beautiful comforter. We do state on the product page that you will see the embroidery on the reverse of the comforter.
