I have repeatedly asked this company to follow up with their courier after an item went missing en route from the courier to them. They are refusing to follow up even though thtey have the contract with the courier company and access to the relevant QR codes that would enable me to follow up direclty. I am £89 out of pocket and unable to get recourse from the courier because of this persistent obstinacy. Somehow, the custoemr service team have endless time to write long essays about how they are not at fault but refuse to do the simple task of looking at the return details they hold and sending them to me. Terrible, avoid.
