This laptop has lasted me 10 years and is still standing. Changed the battery once and that's all the maintenance it has needed. Only now am I having to start looking for a new laptop as I need more updated software and ideally something a touch lighter. Keep making long lasting laptops!

Ordered my laptop and it was despatched same day and arrived the day after. Good prices for laptops and a wide range of laptops for anything you particularly need.

Kinda bummed that they introduced an offer on the laptop I bought after like 2 days where the price was lowered and you got a free bag + mouse but I suppose that's not the company's fault.

It's a good computer but it's slow and doesn't last long off charge. The buttons r stiff and is quite twitchy with iTunes and other programs (I takes over)

Great service, emailed promptly, ordered EEEc 1005PE for my wife. Paid for next day delivery. But city link, let them down, delivery to my house, left a note to deliver next door, but ignored, took three days to sort it out. Great company, bad delivery, even called the company to warn them they would need to deliver next door, they agreed, on the second attempt city link, managered to get the wrong street, right number house. even took a photo to prove it. Third attempt did what i asked on day one , DELIVER NEXT DOOR, well done city link.

Very good prices, delivery was quick and on time, customer services were also very helpful and fast to reply when I had complications with the delivery.

This is my 3rd Asus, the other two are still working fine. The last one had a problem with the charging socket which was sorted straight away under warranty. The delivery this time was fantastic, 2 days after placing the order it arrived by courier even though I hadn't paid for the extra. In 2 years time I'll probably buy another one from them as well.

I spent a long time choosing the right laptop and decided on Asus. I ordered on Sunday afternoon and it arrived the next day even though I chose up to 5 working days for delivery. I even received an email with a delivery time slot. I was very impressed. Can't wait to try out my new toy. Thank you.

We placed our order at 5:15 on Friday evening. We put it down for Next day delivery but as they close their offices at that time we were expecting it come on Monday or Tuesday. It arrived at 8:20 Saturday morning!
We have no complaints about simply asus. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a lot of selection at very competitive prices. They were initially recommended to me by a friend and I would happily pass it on to another!

Everything went well. My Computer arrived 2 days after I ordered it. I am very happy with the product. However, I had to call costumer service for some questions and they were very unfriendly!!!!!!

I ordered my laptop on sunday wint free delivery not expecting to received it till the following friday. It arrived on Tuesday so i am extremly satisfied with the d]ervive evn more so when we live on an island bwest servicve i have had to a long long time. The laptop is lovely.

The extended warranty was the best money I have ever spent. The hard drive died just over 12 month of age, followed by the motherboard about 10 months later. Most upset as I had paid more than I usually do after reading several reviews and doing some homework on the various laptops available at the time.

Box were busy over Christmas but replaced the ASUS without hassle and I steered clear of the brand this time. Fingers crossed, but I have again taken out the extended warranty as this company gave excellent value for money.

In the past I have been happy with my several purchases. I recently bought a 17.3 inch

notebook I open the laptop box after 3 days and discovered the laptop screen cracked.

Because I allow 3 days to pass before contacting Returns Dept am now expected to pay

£150 to fix a new laptop I received with a cracked screen.

We searched high and low for a laptop for our 10 year-old that had an independent graphics card for gaming. We settled on the ASUS X552CL-SX037H, which had a good spec and was 50% less expensive than it's rivals. My son was delighted - he set it up in no time at all and was gaming within an hour. The graphics and speed are excellent - would certainly recommend it. As for SimplyAsus - we received an amazing service. Delivered ahead of schedule with great communication along the way. We are very happy customers!

I have purchased a ASUS G750JS-T4069H few days ago.I have done some research beforehand and the price I found here was unbeatable.
I very happy with the purchase the service was immaculate!Top remarks for the courier company who delivered the laptop.The Microsoft office was not inside the package and I have to contact the company it has been replaced immediately no problem.

Having decided on an Asus I was surprised to find the selected model cheaper than any other site. Ordering was simple and I was able to collect my purchase next morning. Everything was simple and pain free. Just hoping that the computer lives up to my daughter's expectations.

Cannot fault the service provided by SimplyAsus. On line order was despatched the next day and received on a next day service as promised.
Laptop arrived in good condition although transit packaging could be improved as basically the original equipment box was wrapped in a black plastic bag which offered no impact protection. However there was no damage so no complaint, just an observation.
Laptop very easy to set up. Too early to review the laptop but it looks great and so far working as expected.

This Asus laptop was ordered and delivered within 48 hours.
It was bought for my Grand daughter as a Christmas gift, so will have to wait for the reliability result of the unit.
Packaging could have been a little more robust, but no damage to the item during transit.

Process of ordering Online to delivery was very good I ordered on Wednesday and it was delivered on the Saturday. I received a text from courier and he was very prompt. The parcel was reasonable wrapped But not damaged in the least . On opening my computer was well packed and everything worked perfect and set up was very easy. A back up windows disc would have been Great
