This is scam. I have paid for an order 2 months ago, still not delivered. I am constantly writing mail to there official mail id, but no response received till date. There is no office or office address no contact number. This is a Fraud company. Dont buy anything from them.

These people are scamers, they advertise a name brand and send you a cheap piece of crap and then what to give you 30 % off which is still 3 times more than its worth or to return they want you to pay to China and it's double what the item is worth - DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!

I am trying to sell something online and Shopzilla has linked on to it on their 'search engine' and is advertising it as 4 times the price, which is very off putting for potential buyers.
Surely this cannot be allowed?

It is a fraud side we have ordered 6 pieces of folders with which 6 are free for 999 but they have delivered only 2 and that to very bad quality. Do not buy anything from this side. I will be launching police complaint under cyber crime

this is my first time shopping in this fraudulent website though it popped out in my Instagram page I just ordered an night light projector led lamp for Rs.1199/-
but I received instead the cheaper one which is not even Rs.200/- worth, the pictures and videos the seller posted on the website was different to cheat the customers to earn money in a cheaper way.
these kind of websites are only suitable to those fraudsters to cheat the people.
please be conscious on ordering in these kind of shop zilla or other cheaters websites.

2 orders. Ripped me off twice. I was suppose to get laptop and tv. Got cheap sunglasses and 1 wash cloth. They offered to resend almost 3 months and still waiting. They promised. I would of given them a great score if they did what they advertised. Paypal use to be good but takes shopzilla side now. They will all pay some day.

PayPal and billity are in collusion with this company. they offer items for sale, when you purchase the item (and pay with PayPal because you thought you were protected), the vendor sends you an item with a value of a few pence. When you complain they tell you you must return the item for a refund, however the postage is way more than the item is worth. When you ask PayPal to resolve the dispute they find against you and in favour of the fraudulent retailer. In this case Three Kindoms.

I placed an order for a aerator on Shopzima and they quickly took my money but after payment through Paypal I was dropped from their website. When I went back complain with Paypal they said there was nothing they could do. I never received a confirmation of payment or any information regarding my purchase other than from Paypal that the money was subtracted from my account.
I tried to e-mail several times with no respond from Shopzima. I am in the process of trying to get my money back, but I think it is a lost cause. I wanted to put this review out so no one else falls prey to this company.

I have been trying to ask questions about uploading my files onto this net work which was called Shopzilla and peculiarly now called Connexity. They took my $100 and never told me that my items didn’t qualify until I called them over 10 times due to the FACT that I could no longer login to the system. This one person team, told me oh sorry your items don’t qualify. Um, if my items didn’t qualify WHY did you take my money and why don’t you have a list of requirements? From my experience BAD BUSINESS and I don’t recommend it!

This company is a total waste of time! No traffic, they terminate your account whenever they feel like, with no good reason. I compared them with other cse and I'm glad they did close my account cos that made me try others out and I don't regret it.

Don't waste your time on this guys, they'll waste it! (your time)

Can find a lot of stuff there but does not respond promptly to customer.

As a merchant of shopzilla, Their CS don't answer our questions, don't respect their customers , without reason deleted our account ,
and which show on our google analytics only 30 clicks, but in shopzilla report there are more than 1000 clikcs, i wonder why, not only didn't they give us the answers , also deleted our account, my experience there is so bad, indeed a bad company and bad customer service, never go there any longer

I have sent 10+ emails to them via their ticket system, but never got any reply.

There is a big problem in my account but I was fully ignored by them, oh one more thing, their tellphone number shown in their merchant page is a wrong no.

I have deposited thousands $ but I just want to know how to get refund from them.

We have ROI tracker installed on our website. We showed 44 clicks in a two day period , Shopzilla says 1200 and costs us about $400. When questioning the discrepancy they claim they use affiliate sites to maximize our click throughs. When we asked for proof a list of vitors ip address something to substantiate there claims they do not give out that information. Then asked for these so called affiliate websites so I can see what came from them that info's not available either. I believe there product to be untrustworthy great idea but no return on investment.

All decisions made by us in this matter will be final and you agree that we shall have no liability with respect to such decisions. this is why they suck. would you invest hundreds of hours and money into a seller account that can and does just "up and quit" for no reason?
They do this alot!!

After spending more than $1000+ within less than 1 month for PPC with Shopzilla.com, realized that barely 1% ROI conversion, actually not even traffic result. We decided to cancel our service with them. With $200 (credit balance) still left on our account we requested for refund. With so complicated refund request; Emails,Filled out form, send fax, called 3x, it's over a month but we still do not get our refund. Seeing how many people complaints on BBB, surprisingly they are still in business ? This genuine complaint is about Shopzilla.com in Los Angeles, CA - USA

I am trying to get into the personal protection business. I would like to sell items like: stun guns, pepper spray, personal alarms etc. Right now I only have stun guns. I listed one stun gun on shopzilla.com, registered as a seller, and pre paid $50 to their site. They cancelled my whole account within 24 hours. Their reason was "my product is not a good fit for shopzilla" I received no refund. There are 6 stun guns still listed on their site EXACTLY the same as the one I tried to list. And over 100 other stun guns as well. I have e-mailed them numerous times but nobody has told me why I was singled out. I even called them on the phone. The person I talked to said that wasn't their department but somebody would call me back. They never called. Experiencing this type of descrimination is new to me, and I don't like it. Especially since it was for no good reason. My stun gun was even a lower price than the ones already listed. I would never recommend shopzilla to anyone, and will never do business with them in the future. I would rate them no stars if I could.
