After ordering a shaver part for my grandad for model 5770 the part didn't fit! Trying to get a return was like getting blood from a stone! They sent a silver he wanted black the part didn't fit after emailing the company politely he started to get quite angry using capital letters and exclamation marks! Would never use this company again!!!! And I'd advice everyone to stay away

From the start of my enquiry to return of my shaver was brilliant. Staff very helpful and a very good turn-around time, all questions answered within a very short space of time.

Took 6 days to arrive and even though the website clearly states it should fit my shaver, it is designed for the previous model! I own both so I know which part fits! If they fitted both models I would have used my old attachment and not paid £10 for the same thing! Not happy at all as I was close to buying it from a similar website but choose this site as its cheaper!! Now I know why!! I want my money back and will buy it off a better website!!!

Delivery occurred within a couple of days and was packaged well to prevent any damage to the product. The price of the shaver head itself was far less than what I was expecting, which is always a bonus. Would not hesitate to use Shaver Repairs in the future.

I sent for an estimate to repair my shaver and got back a prompt reply inidcating that I could do the repair myself with the necessary spare part. I then asked how to do the repair and got another prompt reply informing me of what to do.
Follwoing this I ordered the spare part and it arrived first class post next day.
