Great pet treats and quick delivery! The treats arrived in just a couple of days and were exactly what I was looking for.

The pet supplies I ordered from this store were neatly packed and arrived in perfect condition - everything I needed was included and I appreciated the attention to detail in the packaging.

Tried to get out of refunding for faulty goods, they failed!!!! always pay by credit card, not a debit card, you have more protection!!!! from people like this!!

Can't believe it took this long, doesn't take much searching to see the hundreds of 1 star reviews about people who have paid for items and then spent weeks if not months trying to get their money back, I went through the same thing. There was even a Facebook page of customers all reporting to watch dog. Utter thieves.

I have used seapets for many years and their service has always been fantastic. Went there this morning to find they had closed down. Such nice people and we're very knowledgeable. This isn't their fault and are victims of the times we live in with people buying online rather than going to the shops. Well done everyone for another company forcing to close. In the future we will have nothing but warehouses for companies like Amazon etc and actual shops will all be houses. You have all been warned!

It seems Seapets have stopped trading. No website nor Facebook. No delivery, no answer to phone. Luckily I bought through PayPal and got my money back. Avoid.

I ordered a fish tank on the 19th of August 2016. After 3 weeks I emailed for an update. I was told they were awaiting a missing part, but they did not specify what this was.
I emailed 4 more times for updates, the emails were not answered.
It now transpires they have gone into administration. I am appalled at their ability to continue taking orders eventhough they knew they would not deliver.

Ordered from them back on 15th August, money was taken from my account. Item never arrived and had no correspondence from them so contacted them via email. Had a response from Tamsin saying item wasn't in stock and offered a refund which I accepted. A month later and still no refund. Tried emailing them again and delivery failed, then noticed their website is down and premises permanently closed. Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this awful company.

Bought 2 items on the 24/8 for £60, took money straight away, no delivery, emailed them stating I wanted to cancel my order. I received a response on 30/8 stating my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded in 14 business days!! Just checked and now the company has shut down, they are an absolute disgrace!! Bought with debit card too!!

This business has now stopped trading, It closed at beginning of September

They took my money on 15th August.
Needless to say, no goods have ever been delivered, phone messages go unanswered, emails never get a reply!

I have placed orders with dealers in the past with no problem. However I placed an order on 31/08/16 and still awaiting delivery. Based on recent reviews here it looks like they are no longer trading. They should not have still been taking orders in August that they could not fulfill. Dispute opened through PayPal to retrieve money. Will look out for them trading under any other name in the future and avoid.

I ordered dog food back in mid August , less than half was delivered, with the rest to follow. It still hasn't turned up and there is no answer to phone calls or replies to emails. I'm out of pocket by £80.60.
Looks like I won't be getting that back as Google says it is permanently closed.
