I ordered an item back in July and the website said there was more than a dozen in stock and it would be delivered within 4 days. As of 31 August I've still not received the order.
On 31 July customer service sent me this message "Sincere apologies for the delay. We are expecting these in from our EU warehouse by 05.08.2026.
As soon as the goods arrive in to stores, the warehouse team will ensure a quick & efficient despatch for you." Nothing arrived!
On 21 August I was promised "We will raise a further alert with our UK Purchasing Team and ask them to contact our German warehouse to investigate the reason for the delay.
As soon as we receive an update, we will be in touch to advise you accordingly."
Ten days later still nothing and the website is still saying there is 14 in stock!
I think 1 star is too generous but I'm not able to give none!
Appalling service and non existing customer service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

It was good in parts. I ordered four different sizes of leak proof bottles for restaurant use. They are excellent and the price was also excellent. But they came over a period of a week or so in four different packages with no communication about that. It created the impression of short delivery. But all was well in the end.

5 stars for rapid online.com they definitely live up to there name, wide selection of electronic components, tools and test gear among other items, web site has good search filters, current stock levels or estimated restock dates.Fast customer service e-mail response should you need it, most items I have ordered that are in stock arrive next day.

This order has yet to be delivered after 2 attempts and 6 days. DHL couriers are hopeless! They seem to think my address does not exist even though they delivered successfully, without issue, very recently.

It seems like the parts arrive as soon as we've finished ordering them 🤭

I've purchased a few different products listed as "in stock". However, the order was broken down in several different dispatches arriving at different times, one of them several days away. Communication about this was unclear and hard to find in my account (although they answered after a couple of days when I wrote asking the status). All products were accounted in the end and as expected, but advertising of stocked products, and communication when they are not could be better.

Despite the website stating that most of the items I wanted were in stock and will be dispatched within three working days. I still have not received them (order placed on 11/8/26, now 24/8/26). I emailed rapid asking where my order was and got a reply stating that it isn't their fault. Its their suppliers fault and the supplier is having shipping issues. Rapid used to be good and never had a problem with them before. I Don't have these issues with RS.

I found rapid electronics customer service probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. There appears to be no importance in trying to resolve a customer issue. I have been trying to return the defective item. Have tried to contact the returns department multiple times and initially was told I had to wait 48 hours but that’s already gone past and still nothing once I eventually return this item I will never purchase an item from this company again.

Wide range of electronic components and bit's and bobs, Rapid are happy to supply to the hobbyist, as well as the larger businesses!

I regularly order from Rapid. Usually the best price and very reliable.

The price initially brought me to the site, being literally HALF of what Amazon themselves were selling exactly the same Panasonic product for on their website! I couldn't quite believe the difference so phoned to check the item I would receive would be in standard retail packaging. Very helpful on the phone, and I was told it would be, and it was. The purchase amount to get free postage is very reasonable too, so I bought 2 pairs and a USB cable. Very pleased. Great company, which I thoroughly recommend, although I had never heard of them prior to this purchase. I have put them on my list of companies for future purchases. Quick delivery too (items all from stock).
