I've never been disappointed when ordering from Premier Ink, and ordering again from their new website was no exception. Easy to navigate and with a terrific search system, I found my ink cartridges within seconds. Ordering is simple, and their prices are low. The compatible range of inks is fantastic and saves me and my family a fortune, with no loss of quality. Highly recommend!

Last September, I placed an order with this company for a set of cloned ink cartridges for my Epson 2880 printer. The description on the website detailed these cartridges were compatible with my printer. THEY WEREN'T COMPATIBLE.
I contacted Premier Ink and was told as I purchased the cartridges over three months ago there was nothing they could do. I checked the TERMS AND CONDITIONS on their website and found that all their products are covered by a years guarantee.
MY ADVICE IS NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL USELESS COMPANY as they totally fail to abide by their own TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I have been using this company for many years and used to collect from the Leamington depot until it closed. Usingthe on-line service is excellent and deliveries very swift. It is a shame that the blue box cartridges aren't reviewed in magazines such as WHICH each year because other customers don't hear of you as a supplier. Welldone and keep safe

I have been a Premier ink customer for many years, mainly buying ink cartridges/memory sticks, etc. Very happy with the dozens of JetTec Canon compatible cartridges I have received in previous purchases but for the first time I had one faulty one in the batch recently ordered. Premier gave some useful tips to check that it really was faulty, sadly to no avail, then replaced the cartridge without question, delivered next day by first class post. Always first class service.
