Fantastic experience with Pink Apple. I ordered a pendant light however mistakingly ordered the larger size which was too big for my needs. I contacted Lenh who very kindly offered to exchange it for the smaller size (which was more expensive as it was not on clearance), and also offer free delivery for the replacement. I insisted I pay for the difference however I was told it would be fine. I am not one to write reviews however I must express my gratitude for this personal service I received. I would recommend to all! Many thanks!

I ordered a Normann Copenhagen Norm 06 Pendant Light for my new home. It had to be self-assembled, and I broke a piece when doing so. It had well passed the return/exchange window, so I only contacted their customer service without getting my hopes up. But turned out, I was so impressed by the customer service they provided. This was the first time I felt I was talking to a real (and super nice too) person when talking to customer representatives. And the problem was resolved quickly. I received the replacement piece very quickly, and was able to fit the light. It was the most beautiful pendant light we have seen.

I don't write many reviews but I had such a nice service from pinkappledesigns that it is only fair to do one this time.
I bought a string system through them, and not only were they the best price around but also they were accommodative during the whole process, on time and the delivery guys they used were good too!
I am always worried when buying expensive items on Internet but this time I can't fault them... Recommended!

I called into there showroom at Castle Ashby a few weeks ago. Fantastic position in a rural location. The staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I have ordered a Vitra Repos which is due to arrive next month. Very exited.

Came across pinkappledesigns by chance on the internet, found the light of my dreams on their website which was much cheaper than the high street and any other UK websites.
Rang the company with questions and they responded immediately and were so helpful. Ordered the goods which came in super quick time and was updated all through until the delivery.
I cannot speak highly enough about this company and the staff, will definitely use the pinkapple again. A refreshing change to see such good customer service.

I'm a Mum of two and my task for this spring was to re-decorate and kit out their rooms with some contemporary furniture. After countless hours of research I came across the Pink Apple site and found exactly what I was looking for. The Puppy Chair was perfect for my daughter- she's a big fan of bright colours and the green chair was a no brainer! I also purchased the Eames Elephant- for my 5 year old son. Needless to say, the kids love the new additions to their rooms- and, what's even better is how I ended up buying a new clock for my bedroom! Pink Apple is a fab company and I was extremely happy with the entire purchasing process. I love your stock---please add more things to your website- I want more!

After searching endless websites for the items I love, I found Pink apple. The service from start to finish was superb. I bought 2 of the Kartell Bourgie lamps and the delivery date was exactly as stated. I'm delighted with the product, and am even happier with the very reasonable price I paid for them. They now sit pride of place in my lounge. When I called in to ask about my product, staff could not have been friendlier, providing excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Pink Apple and I will most certainly be shopping there again. Thanks!!

Wonderful service from down to earth and friendly customer services and sales, quality produce at very competitive prices, delivery was good too with estimated time of arrival bang on, the goods received were of very high standard and look fantastic. Will definitely recommend them and will certainly buy again in the future, a rewards system may be a great idea for returning customers!!
