I ordered a Seestar S30 Pro smart…
I ordered a Seestar S30 Pro smart telescope from PicStop, with next day delivery. Everything was handled quickly by PicStop but unfortunately ParcelForce let them down by failing to deliver the next day, nor did they provide tracking details. Having contacted PicStop's customer service, I spoke to a gentleman called Paul, who within 15 minutes had both sorted out the issue with ParcelForce & refunded the Next Day Delivery charge. The telescope arrived the following day .
Excellent customer service & I would happily buy from PicStop again.

Over the moon 🌙 …
After narrowing my search to a couple of telescopes I decided I needed some help. I had gone from no idea to some idea but wanted to check with someone knowledgeable.
I had a VERY long conversation with Paul who answered all my questions with no bias or hesitation. He really went the extra as I asked a lot of questions and he obviously uses telescopes.
It’s a rare thing, helpful, knowledgeable, clear and open discussion.
My partner who is very exacting was over the moon with his birthday present. He confessed he has been looking for 2 years and gave up - so much choice and really difficult to dig down to which one he would benefit from.

I bought a Dwarf 3 that was nearly £100 cheaper than every other website I checked. It arrived on time with a tracked service with Royal Mail. Full VAT receipt. Job's a good'un!

The reason your telescope was considerably lower in price than other retailers was that you placed your order within an hour or so of the Dwarflab June promotion going live. The price you paid was £70 off the RRP; perhaps other retailers had not adjusted their price (or launched the promotion) as quickly as we did. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent customer service.
I had some issues with PayPal while trying to order my dwarf 3 smart telescope and ended up having to call PicStop who sorted out the problem really quickly for me They are very helpful. Their prices are keen their service is excellent I only managed to order it today which is a Friday and it's going to be delivered on Monday.
