Party House Ltd 

I boik with Partyhouses.co.uk and I was ask to give the owner the deposit £1000 and did not refund it. He said that wd did some damage with a few items which was a big Lie. He Mr Steven Marston stole our £1000. When I ask Partyhouses.co.uk about it, they said it had nothing to do with them. I did the booking with Partyhouses.co.uk. This not a reliable company and also the House we booked in Derbyshire belongs to Mr Steven Marston was a mistake because everything was wrong with the and our stay.

Product as expected

I'm going to a Blue Brothers Show tribute night + dinner, so I thought why not go for it and get the hat and shades to go with ( even if I can't see the dinner properly ! haha ).
So I ordered the combo and 24 hours later - there it was, very reasonably priced, excellent quality and in a proper cardboard box, so nothing could get squashed. PLUS - the hat fits perfectly !!!! I am extremely impressed and would definitely order from this company again.

I needed some table decorations in a hurry and this company didn't let me down. Unfortunately one item was damaged in the post and they immediately sent a replacement that arrived the following day. I even got a free Valentines Teddy Bear which was a lovely surprise - but don't tell my husband it was free as I gave it to him for a Valentines pressie!!!

I was quite disappointed with my first order because I received it within 12 days without any warning notification for a delay.

Regarding the concerned event, it was some late for me, but not absolutely too late.

Because of unavailability some missing items were exchanged for other similar, almost at the same price but I didn't appreciate them.

Moreover, meanwhile surfing on the web I found also that the same items may be bought almost -30% less on U.S. site.

As each customer over 30£ I had also a surprise gift in my parcel but it can't forgive my frustration.
