Ogma Books 

Hi all,

Unfortunately I did not get to experience what book I got, However I would love to share what I've been called, by their costumer service for asking about my delayed/lost parcel. Through my short conversation with them I got called "unappreciative for caring about a book in the middle of a pandemic", "lacking empathy" and at the end a "c-word". This is due to me inquiring about where my parcel can be and how much longer for it to come. I tried solving it with them carefully to avoid leaving a bad review before talking to them. I don't know how they are when you receive things, but if you need any help with anything, they are probably the most unprofessional out of any company I've ever delt with. It wasn't worth my mental breakdown and I'll be buying elsewhere.
