THE ULTIMATE SCUMBAGS. - So far this year I have had £72.42 taken from my account since 1 January for Office 365 for my ONE - YES - ONE device. STILL do not have access and when I try to login, I get asked to pay again. Is Bill Gates strapped for cash???
Impossible to complain OR speak to anyone the last time I tried, 50-minute wait. Meanwhile, MS hahas £72.42 of my money and I have FA. After messing around for about an hour finally installed Office 365 and is working. BUT have paid over £72 for 3 months for ONE device. It is the rip-off of the century and MS attitude is - "We are the mighty MS we don't care about Customer Service - here is the website you f****** sort it out yourself" My experience is the bigger the company the less they care. MS has 228000 employees a big boast but sadly only about 3 of them are actually working. They do NOT give a damn and think they can walk on water.

Used this for years without a problem until recently. Had to reset my PC and tried to download again. This is backed by MicroScum but think Bill Gates is short of cash as they took the money 5 times in January another 2 times in February and a few days ago I paid another £10.49 recently and STILL do not have the Office 365 facilities. Sent numerous emails via the message service and NOTHNG. Everytime I try to login get a demand for payment AND the £10.49 was paid in last 24 hours yet STILL when I try to open a Word document, I get asked for another payment Absolute SCUMBAGS and these ratings endorse just how arogant they are. Got to add more to this as those arrogant ba****** have made NO effort to contact me. Is a good chance they have read this. They KNOW I have paid 8 yes EIGHT times now since 1 January. Had 3 refunds I think so still well ahead in payments PLUS I paid £10.49 in past 24 hours for another 5 licences - still not been given a code so I can use the software. Each time I try to create a ne Word document they demand payment AGAIN. This not only proves arrogance and NO CARE WHATSOEVER - it also show breathaking incompetence. But 1.4 rating says a lot - I would give MINUS 10 if had the option to do so. Meanwhile I am losing out as have a lot of letters to write and important medical related letters and I am prevented from doing so because MicroScum son't give a s***

The subscription model is un-necessary and is profiteering.

Pas mal pour PC mais pour smartphone, c'est une grosse daube ingérable. Pour 69 balles par an, ça devrait être top.

Way too many troubles, bugs, unsychronizations between desktop and browser versions, saving conflicts and discrepancies, crashes etc I can't say that my worklife has become significantly improved by Office 365. In some sense yes but with still way too many tradeoffs.

Jeg har ikke adgang til min mailkonto og kan ikke stoppe betalingen. Der er trukket for års abb i to år nu og jeg kan ikke få det stoppet/opsagt, fordi jeg ikke kan logge på mailen. Support er kontaktet rigtig mange gange uden løsning og enorm lang ventetid, der blev også lovet at de ville ringe igen med en løsning, hvilket aldrig skete! Fuldstændig ukompetente medarbejdere. Det er tyveri! Microsoft skylder mig små 1600 kr!

I’ve just received my order and I’m extremely happy with my purchases. For the first time in along time my items fit. They look absolutely beautiful. I was that impressed that I rang and emailed the company.

Absolute crook. My daughter used her birthday money to buy a pair of trainers from this oersin. They cost her £85. They never arrived, and my request for a refund has been ignored.
This has been ongoing since January and I have reported him to the Trading Standards Office.

Very bad experience. I ordered a 4 tray buffet server 11th feb by the end of feb I had a email saying they have cancelled the order because the item is out of stock and is no longer available, I was okay with that. but then come the 12th of March the item turns up on my door step I paid for the item in full, and too my surprise I see I am being charged for another 2 buffet server, I only ordered one and received one. Trying to rectify this problem with customer service is horrendous, very rude people more unless said I am lying. there is no trace of the tracking on these other two items they claim I supposed to of had, well there wouldn’t be because they don’t exist, I see a scam going on somewhere along the line, really dysfunctional company, I would never order anything from them again.

Absolutely wrong item sent when I send back that wrong item it cost me 23.77 £ postage they didn’t refund my postage money and start to make excuses big bulshit they did.

Outlook is almost unfit for purpose. Other software - fine, but Outlook crashes, glitches and hangs constantly.

Total failure of email, support telephone number engaged. Unacceptable.

Once the product is going its fine, when my subscription though became due for renewal I had to contact the support centre. I'm not technical, doubtless they are and as the girl said .. we weren't on the same page. I have not renewed. They are unintelligible.
