I wish I could give a zero review. I think this company is a scam because I wish I had read their reviews before buying anything from them. I made a purchase on 29/10/25. Today is 15/11/24 and I have sent countless emails and none has been responded to. Why is this happening and no authority is taking action? This is unfair and companies like this should be punished. May Allah punish whoever is behind this and expose them when they least expect it. This is unfair to be honest.

Ordered 12th october, it said it will take 4 - 7 days to come and to date it hasnt come. Emailed the company asking for an update and i am still waiting for a response!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

I ordered products early august but did not receive anything or any update on shipping, i emailed the company several times on 2 emails but got no response so had to get my bank to get a refund. Upon that i received an email from the company from a different email questioning my refund to which i explained that i had not received items, status updates or any response to my several emails. Even after this i received no apology for the company.

This is a dodgy company. I ordered a cream in May, bloody September now. They never sent the cream or refunded me despite contacting them so many times. I had to dispute it with my bank in the end. Avoid them in all circumstances!!

After seeing countless influencers and tiktokers raving about their tallow balm and how amazing it is, I decided to order. I ordered in May and I’m still waiting for my items. Emailed them to get a response about USA tariff delays and they offered me a discount. Emailed again but no response since!! Absolute scam, influencers should be held to account for promoting this stuff!!

The cheap cream they send you is not tallow balm, it’s a scam I wouldn’t bother purchasing. It took over a month and a half for them to send it too

Wish I had read all reviews before buying. Like others, I thought I am helping a small business, but they have not delivered items I purchased.
The email response is the same with a 15% discount on my next purchase...that's a joke. Even if your product is one of the best, your ethics and customer service will not take you far.
If you having issues, stop advertising and deceiving genuine customers.
I ordered on 08th July, and their last 2 emails said "due to 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 there has been a delay in transit."

An absolute SCAM! Do not buy from them. Purchased from them months ago and still waiting for my order. They have only responded to my emails once telling me to wait for my delivery for another few weeks. Been 2 months and still not received my order and they dont respond to emails!! Do not waste your time or money!

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. As others I wanted to support a small business only to be left out of pocket with an excuse about tariffs causing delays. I believe this to be a lie as they claim to be locally sourced. One email offering me a discount on my next purchase. What I want is the one I ordered or at least a refund. If anyone can recommend where to complain about the business please let me know.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and no sign of it and not getting any responses via email and no contact number to call.

Never received my tallow balms I ordered 2 on April 2025. Sent multiple emails all have been ignored!! This is a scam

I ordered 2 tallow balms in march and have not received them although the money has been taken from my account.
I’ve contacted them regarding this a few times however I’ve been getting the same repeated emails about the items on their way to delivery, it has been three months.

I placed an order in March, my money was taken but I never received the tallow. I emailed and got a reply saying that my product would come, it never did. I sent more emails but they were all ignored. This seems to be a fraudulent company, please stay away.

These company is a SCAM. I reached out to them numerous of times regarding what was sent to me which was some oil with no scent. No one never responded. Ordered thru Shopify, they really wasn’t a help. I pray these people reap what they have sown.

Have just started using the nurtured by nature face serum, I have no clue about this stuff as I am a 55 year old man with little experience in skin care BUT having lost a lot of weight recently , I decided box is in shape, let’s start on the skin.
Don’t know how to compare as I’ve used nothing to compare the actual product to.
What I can do though is compare my skin to now and before.
Wow! I found eating healthy helped greatly but this stuff, it’s like a like a little mini miracle in a bottle ! (Is that tweet?) ah well! Love it! And so cheap! Amazing

I haven't had to contact customer services and I hope they sort themselves out because the products are fantastic. I've tried numerous lotions and potions on my stretch marks over the years to very little effect. In readiness for holidays I decided to give Nurture a go. Wow, what a difference. I warm it up just a little and massage into damp skin after showering. I will show off thighs and cleavage with confidence in my swimsuit. The shampoo and conditioner are fab too. My hair has never looked better. I wash my hair twice a week now rather than daily as I did before. Everyone's skin and hair is different but I've literally tried hundreds of products over the years and this is now my no.1 brand. The prices are good so worth a try.

Fraudulent. Beware. Trap. Making money by getting your card number. When you call FIRST option is to cancel. Customer Service is paid to take compliants only, not to serve. False Advertising. Rip-off.

I have been using nurture skincare for 7-8 years now and can highly recommend it. It feels great in my skin. The replenish collegen boosting serum has made my skin look lovely. I find that my face can get really dry and sore in the winter but this stuff sorts it out
