The Northlander hotel in Alpe d'Huez was amazing. More british people should use them as a tour operator. Their level of service is far above the usual UK suspects.

The food was incredible. The UK staff before departure were fantastic and the Danish hotel staff were delightful.

Skiing with Nortlander pays homage to mind, body and soul, with gorgeous panoramic views of the mountains, gourmet meals to honour any and every dietary needs, relaxing spas, expert yoga and mediation for all levels and outstanding service.
A trip to remember.

I had a fantastic time on my trip to Val Thorens with Norlander. They made it very easy to book on their booking page and the price was very reasonable. The reps were fantastic. They made the long journey over as comfortable as possible, they helped with any problems that we had and they showed us the time of our lives by showing us the incredible nightlife. Overall it was a fantastic holiday, in which Norlander played a huge part, and I would highly recommend Norlander to anybody looking to book a ski holiday, especially big groups such as colleges/universities

Extraordinary doesnt even begin to describe the week I just had. To say it was a week to remember is an understatement, unfortunately there are a few gaps in my memories but i can only be blamed for them.
If you are looking for a ski holiday with unreal snow conditions and unbeatable party life then you have to book with northlander. I went to Val Thorens last week with DCU and had the time of my life, EAT, SKI, RAVE, REPEAT is the only way to describe it!
Seriously, fair play northlander for organising the holiday of a lifetime.

What a week, 4 out of six perfect ski days with good to excellent conditions, apre ski that went down in Le Corbier history and some lovely and helpful reps to make sure the trip was a success! There was a couple of little hiccups for example the hotel room key error and the transfer bus into resort not willing to go the hotel door even though the other bus did but on the grand scheme of things they were small 1st world problems that otherwise meant this was a 5* week! Thanks Nortlander!!!! xxx

Really enjoyed myself in Val Thorens, worst part was having to come home. Nortlander do a great job of hiring the proper reps for the occasion. Saloon and Summit are both great nightclubs although Summit had a foul smell when entering each night as if it had not been cleaned previously. Even though Nortlander has nothing to do with the running of the club Maylisha, they should try to intervene someway as I heard a lot of bad comments about this club. It was my first time skiing ever and I can safely say it will definitely be happening again, thanks so much for the experience!

What can I say, Nortlander gave me the best holiday I have ever been on. I will start with a small negative. The only hiccup was in a slightly delayed transfer (mainly due to our group of 180 people).

And there you go, that's it, the ONLY bad thing I have to say! So, on to the good stuff. Prior to the holiday, the communication between Nortlnder staff and myself was excellent. They responded to emails near enough immediately and, based on using them last year, knew I could put all my trust in them. The staff were absolutely superb! Within a day we were on first name terms with them all and they were, professional, trustworthy, kind and most importantly for us FUN. Over the short week, i like to think that i gained 3 new friends in the Nortlander reps! Secondly, the organisation. The team managed to arrange GREAT venues and activities for every night of the week and they did it faultlessly! The resort was a great setting for our holiday and the skiing was amazing.

From the day I arrived home from holiday I have been singing with praise for Nortlander, and have set about convincing as many of my friends as possible to come next year. I can't wait!

My trip to Tignes was absolutely fantastic! The slopes were majestic to say the least! The scenery was incredible and the suggestion to go to the après ski in the next resort over by the Nortlander rep was a stroke of genius, that place was hoppin as well as being an excellent run!
I would not hesitate to recommend Nortlander for a holiday and I'm already looking forward to my next trip!

This was my first time on the trip and I am already counting down the days till the next one. Everything about this trip was amazing. The organisation, the free drinks on arrival, the accommodation, the reps, the value for money, there is nothing I can complain about. The reps especially made this trip more memorable. This trip will keep the candle burning at both ends all week long in the BEST way. Between the slopes with amazing knee deep powder off piste and plenty of cliffs to drop, the bars that keep going until 2 in the morning and make you move, and the flat parties that'll take you to sunrise, you get this intense feeling of FOMO(fear of missing out) and it keeps you going all week long. Had the best of times everyone!!

We've been on four Nortlander holidays over the last three winters because they're amazing value and the service is so personal and brilliant. We always get the place we want and it's always fantastic. The reps are great - always up for a laugh and really keen to make you feel like more than just a punter (unlike reps from other companies who can make you feel like an inconvenience cutting into their holiday!) Book with Nortlander and you're guaranteed a great time on the slopes!

My holiday this year with Nortlander was fantastic, it exceeded all my expectations! Fantastic resort, beautiful apartments, really great Guides, courteous and very helpful and professional. All in all, the holiday was spectacular, this is my second year away with Nortlander and I honestly wouldn't consider any other Company! Me and my friends had hands down THE best ski trip of our lifes with Nortlander! During the days we we're guided through awesome slopes in val d'isere, france and as well to a mighty after-ski at la folie douce (look it up!).

In the evenings we we're invited to events such as pub-crawls (with beers and spirits included!), dinners at french restaurants and cool clubs!

There's so much more worth writing here, but the most important is;
Nortlander will make your trip more awesome then you ever could!

I can't remember anything but my legs are really sore so I must have had a good time skiing, right? (Or I fell off the stage at Apres Ski but what you don't have proof of didn't happen.) Great reps, resort, revelling.

Everything was smooth and easy from the booking and payment process to the check in at the airport, where a Nortlander guide was available for assistance, to the arrival at the airport in Chambery. Nortlander always had guides available to assist with questions and even went so far as to go out of their way to rearrange flights on the way home due to weather delays with other passengers.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The best holiday experience I have had so far. I would definitely do this holiday all over again. It felt so good to be with friends on a new experience for me such as skiing. I picked it up very quickly and fell in love with it just as quickly.. I even attempted a black run on my 3rd day :D.. Great holiday, 10/10!

My group has traveled with Nortlander the past two years and the experience provided by Nortlander has been second to none. Nortlander were able to offer us prices we weren't able to get elsewhere for a our group of skiiers and snowboards delivering real value for our punters. This saw a high percentage of returning travelers in year two and a trip that expanded by over 25%. As a group we couldn't be happier with the service and particularly the hard work of the staff. I would highly recommend Nortlander to anybody who was asking about a ski/snowbored holiday the service was fantastic the trip itself was amazing and the staff where very insightful and friendly and made my trip very pleasent for me and my crew i will definitely be going away with them again

This was the second consecutive year that we chose to travel with Nortlander UK on our annual university ski trip. It is highly likely that we will be returning to travel with them again on our next trip.

The quality and level of service is superb and any issues or problems are dealt with as soon as possible. Good all round support has been provided to our University club throughout the two years we have been associated with Nortlander. They are quick to respond to queries by email or over the phone.

The prices are very competitive yet they do not cut corners with the quality provided. The reps are well trained and always willing to help.

Highly recommend to anyone considering group based ski holidays, especially university snow-sports clubs

We chose Nortlander in the first place out of all of the other travel companies because of how cheap the package was. Also because they were literally the only company to focus on what they could give us rather than what all the other companies couldn't do for us i.e. they didn't bitch about the other companies and just gave us the best deal they could.

Throughout the semester they helped us with anything we needed promotion-wise. Emails were replied to almost every time with speed. When we had to expand the trip from 125 to 225 due to massive sign up numbers, they allowed us to do so within 3 days of finding out we needed more spaces which took a huge amount of pressure off us as a committee ( a lot of people were very annoyed that they werent in the first 125).

During the trip, all of the reps were well liked by everyone. Noise complaints and situations were handled well. All events in resort were run as planned and relatively on-time.

Overall, from my own experience and from speaking to anyone on the trip, Nortlander helped make this the best trip to date for DCU Snowsports.
