Next working day delivery and good packaging. Time slot would have been ideal but no problem as excellent / best price at the time made buying Volca Sample from Nevada a good choice. Would use again.

I ordered an item that was out of stock, I hadn't actually noticed this to tell the truth, and shortly after ordering I received a non automated email stating that the item would be back in stock soon, and shipped immediately. I received a follow up email to let me know that the item had been shipped, and then text messages from the DHL courier to update me on the delivery process. This is how internet shopping should be, hassle free and easy!!

This item was bought off ebay, The price was right ,so i bought it, The guitar arrived early.When i unpacked the guitar it was even better than it looked in the photos. Pretty good for a ex demo. Cannot fault the service, the shipping was very reasonable at £6 and was well packed. All in all a great shopping experience and i didn't leave the house. oh nearly forgot the guitar is a fender modern player plus, this quality at this price is fantastic. I have twelve guitars trust me.

Traded in some old gear for new. Staff were great and was offered a very fair price for my old stuff. Would spend all my time at Nevada if I could.

I went with Nevada Music after finding the item I was looking for at a nice low price on their website. I called with a couple of questions and spoke to a very friendly and helpful guy (Sam, I think) he answered the questions I had and checked stock on their system, even took a walk to physically check stock and condition as only one in stock...also agreed to extend the return period if needed as I was buying for my husband's birthday which fell right on the 14 days. He took my order there and then but wasn't sure if it would arrive next working day as it was right on cut-off...I told him no rush but it arrived on the Monday (next working day) in excellent condition.
