Naaptol is the worst site for online shopping,dnt buy any product from this site not even a free product.they show you different products on tv and sent you totally different bad quality product.i purchased their 8 double bedsheets comb and they delivered me small bedsheets and out of 8 bedsheets only three bedsheets come with the pillow covers,and material was so thin you can see out of it and very bed quality product and I paid 1999 plus 400 for delivery and before final request for order i asked their customer relation person that what's your return policy if I dnt like the product and they said we will return your money and now they are not returning my money by saying we dnt return money,we only give you the coupon for this and they send me vorchure of 1999 and their customer person called me at morning when I was at the office and said mam u have to redeem this coupon on this call only otherwise if you dnt order anything on this call than your coupon will be expired and I asked her how can my coupon expire in 1day and I was middle of the meeting and cannot order at that time, I said that thing to her but she said mam I can't do anything and I was not in the position to talk to her further,their customer person are very rude and now they are not taking my calls so this is all scam they show you good quality products and send you worst quality products because they know they will not return any money to the customer for bad product so I loose my 2400 to naaptol please dnt order anything from this fraud online site,they are cheaters and law will punish them soon for this

No one worst online company in India i have ordered 8 double bedsheet and I have recieved 8 single bed more than 30 times I have called for replacement and no one has pick that bedsheet itrs very bad advertisement so plzzz my dear sisters and brothers plzzz again iam requesting u to don't waste ur money by seeing Naptol advertisement on TV so becarefull it very deficulte to make money now a day don't by any think in Naptol advertisement.. quality is very very worste insted of online plzz by futpath items it's much better simply I have waste my 2000/- on Naptol dhanyawad ...plzzz be careful they have cheated .....

Worst product quality. I have ordered two times but both time worst product send by naaptol. Naaptol team advertise on TV in very smartly and send very cheep quality product to customers. So don't order on naaptol.

I bought 8 bed sheets for bed for 2400 including courier charges.the quality was so bad u can buy it on roadside for 100 rupess .thay just starched the bed sheets to look a thick bed sheets but after one wash it was so bad u can see through.and unlike flipkart and Amazon they don't have return policy..pls don't buy any product just go for flipkart and Amazon only no question asked for the return.

we ordered a product and we recived a wrong product from naaptol with no bill on it.... when we called the customer service they asked to wait for 48 hrs so that their back end team can contact us .... the next day we got a call from the back end team saying that bill is must... where should we go for the bill right now... the back end team were so harsh to us... they were not ready to listen and they cut the call.... this is fraud.... they just got our money... and we were NOT AT ALL satisfied... may be we can go for the consumer court... we spending our hard earned money and they have no respect towards it.. so sorry to say that

I just had online bedsheets but the quality of sheets is worst.. And I also ordered cookware set but the size of cookware set is to small... They are just looting the people. Hey naaptol stop making people fool... Uh have to payback after some time. Shame on you.

I have order a product from ur site.. I order for a men's trimmer blue colour. But I received a used product black colour... Not worth to pay 700 bugs when I asked for replacement dey said warrenty period is over... Such a fraud people you are don't play with people's money... Plz all die hard earned savings we buy seeing from ur site but u people cheating us... Don't do this.. You will be paid off for this soon.. Don't ever cheat ur customers by sending wrong damaged products

I had placed an order of bed sheets but the item received was not the same which was shown in tv. The design and colour were totally different. Though on complain they exchanged the item but the item again received was different one. In short can say Naaptol never checks the items being ordered and neither checks customer's query and request.

Naaptol send Totally bad products like 2nd hand, and customer care service executives not talking properly and cutted the call many times without hereing me

Order id 85107300. I purchased one Ikall phone for my father on 7th aug 2021. I went out of station and my father received it on 12th aug 2021.The keypad was loose and it was coming out. He informed me, but without any proper picture of it I can't raise request for return so I came back today morning and initiated request on 20th aug 2021. I made so many chats and after received one call from support service. She asked me to go for service centre, I asked why I should go for service centre for newly bought phone am I mad. Kindly request for return if possible, she request available but you 1st go to service. I said u don't want service I want return request.. She angrily talked and cutted my call and closed my issue.. While buying you people treat so good ten madams, but if we raise one issue you guys treat us so cheap... Trusting Naaptol was a big mistake on mine .. Please if you want to spend on unguaranteed products you can go for Naaptol. Service is worsttttttttt

Third class service by Naptol. Received defective product month ago still didn't get any resolution. Naptol is fraud company they take money deliver poor quality or defective product then they offer vouchers and if you ask money back you have make atleast 100phone calls to them still don't get refund. Second time bad experience will not recommend anyone Naptol. Customer care people vv rude as if they doing favor to customers.
