My Pet Superstore 

Mickey mouse organisation. Ordered item. Says UK, get confirmation. After many days email stating because I have not responded they are cancelling order and refunding. Yet to receive money, but is nonsense. I have had no correspondence from them. Can't they just say, 'we have advertised an item we don't have', instead of blaming customer. Is this for their statistics, so it shows customer fault and not theirs.

I ordered my pet food on 6th May with an expected delivery date of 13th May. On 20th May it hasn't even begun its journey to me. Appalling.

They sent the parcel and stopped delivery once they had debited my account! There is no phone accessible number and the website 'is down' - DO NOT order from these frauds. Disgusted.

My order was caught up in Christmas mail through no fault of the store. Sales staff went out of their way to make sure I received my goods and were kind enough to refund my postage. My cats were really delighted with my order and I have no hesitation recommending
Pet Superstore to anyone. I will definitely use them again.

This one went horribly wrong - delivery was delayed, then damaged, then incorrect then eventually sorted after ...12 days.

Fair play to the Pet Superstore - it does seem to be the courier company or warehouse or indeed both who have caused this and fair play to their customer service man who is a good communicator and good at his job.

Maybe they should consider their relationship with their partner couriers and warehouse associates.

Great products and extremely helpful and friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

My older cats had a similar toy a few years ago but this one is superior in the manufacture. They all loved it then until it broke but now they are playing with this again.

Have been looking for a non destructable toy for an exhuberant Sprocker for a long time! This Bumi Toy is awesome! Already we have had hours of amusement with it. The service received was 2nd to none! So nice not to be "ripped off" with P+P charges too! Thank you from both myself & Rhum x

I cannot recommend My Pet Superstore highly enough.

With mobility issues it is hard for me to get out and walk around large shopping centres - but I found exactly what I wanted with a few clicks of my keyboard.

As promised - the 'My Lucky Kitty' ceramic cat fountain arrived by courier the next day.
My cat and her very lucky kittens all adore the fountain. It is easy to set up and so much more hygienic, attractive and efficient than the cheap plastic versions - which (ironically) require repeated outlay on expensive filters.

They have a careful selection of well made, clever, and reasonably priced toys for pets - some of the best I've ever seen. They also offer high quality pet food. Very easy online ordering process. The packing was sensible and protective and delivery was quick. This company gets it all the right way.
My cat is going nuts over the toy we ordered for her and we're deciding which one to buy next. I'm totally happy and recommend my pet superstore to family and friends...and if you are reading this, I recommend them to you as well.
