These people are the worst and I don’t know why they are still going to be honest. They take your money rather than help you improve your debt situation. Would not recommend these people at all. As I ended up approaching companies directly whom I owed money to and paid off whatever I owed myself without extra charges. I’m now debt free and I didn’t need them to manage anything for me! Some companies whilst I was with money, debt and credit kept contacting me asking where their money is and they were not paid! So in the end I did not trust this awful company. My advice is stay away from them and loan companies if you can help it!

One of the worst companies ever. No correspondence just like to take money, they carry on as if they are doing you a favor.

I dealt with your company from 2006 to 2010.Sadly in the last 2 weeks I have discovered that you had put a RESTRICTION against my property. I repaid all of my personal debt in 2010 but you did not remove the restriction. After many hours of anguish I discovered that if I wrote to Land Registry this would be removed. I have done this however I am very upset and angry that this black mark had been put against my home unbeknown to me and not removed by you.

Not helpful when you really need them

Not at all helpful when you have a problem and when trying to pay off the debt they take ages to get back to you. They dont keep you informed of how much of your money is actually being paid to your creditors. When you have paid it off you have to constantly ask for the final paperwork to be sent to you. However they are very quick at setting everything up at the beginning.

Fantastic support from all staff that I dealt with. Even on months when I could not make payment on time, they were very understanding, patient and supportive. Always let me know what was going on, made sure everything was ok every step of the way. What they managed to do in relation to negotiating with my creditors, truly saved our home, my family and health. As a single parent, I thought I was at the end of a very black financial hole, and they took me out of it.
I would not hesitate to work with them again. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

They always has have attention to my problem and always have me up dated and have explained how the this work out.

regular contact, reduced my payments alot and help pay off all debts early, i was reluctant to join any company with my debt but they made it painless and i trusted them, would highly recomend if you want to get your finances in order!

before i contacted money debt and credit didn't know what i was going to do next . that one phone call changed my life in every possible way. they handled everything with care and sympathy and everything was put into place and followed through to the end. everyone i spoke to were more than helpful and if ok to say Gemini the lady who managed my account was spot on . also Steve who settled my account did everything possible and now i am as they debt free. hope this helps anyone who is thinking of contacting money debt and credit as i most definitely recommend them to help you change your life as they did mine.

I was having some real issues with my finances. After a call to MDC I was able to set up a payment plan which allowed me to find my feet with money once more.

I am now in a position where my debts have been paid off and I can look forward to building a bright future without the stress and worry that being in debt brought.
