I've been using MN for many years (primarily to order their pure Zynamite capsules - as they seem to be the only vendor of the stand-alone version of this product in the UK - but I've also tried many of their other products too). I've always had a good experience with them, in terms of the quality/effectiveness of their ingredients and their delivery - so if I was just reviewing those aspects I would probably give them 5 stars. But trying to contact them (or get a response from them after emailing, whatsapping or using their onine contact form) seems to be near impossible...I've been sending them messages over the last few weeks, trying to find out if/when they are going to restock their Zynamite supply, and none of my messages have been answered - so they are either very busy at the moment, or (if similar comments I've seen in some of the other reviews are anything to go by) they seem to be lacking adequate resources on the customer service side of things - which is a shame, as apart from that I think they provide a really great range of products, at a fair price and with usually prompt delivery (in the UK at least). So their slow (or zero) response to enquires throws a slight shadow on their otherwise great service

Order never received. I payed 200€. On refund request never got any reply. On contact form on their website no one ever replied. Tracking number I got from them saying that order was delivered but it never was. Scammers

I’ve used Mind Nutrition for years. I love the products. However I’ve had a terrible experience on my last order. I had an issue with Irish customs on my order and they sent it back to sender. I have emailed four times about re sending or a refund and I’ve received zero correspondence. This is over a 6 week period. It’s extremely frustrating when you don’t even get a response. I’ve paid for an order and now it seems I’ll just never receive it or even an explanation.

Update to original review: 21-Jul-26, after leaving a trust pilot review and WhatsApp message on 15-July, the next day I received a response and customer services promptly contacted the post office who deemed the parcel lost and therefore Mind nutrition sent another order out, which arrived quickly in the post. Therefore happy with customer service once able to liaise with them.

Previous review prior to update:
Placed an order on 4th June 26. Order has not been received to date (15-July). Tracking shows it’s still at the local post office depot. I have contacted Mind Nutrition via email on 1st July 2026 and have received no reply. I have since tried Instagram direct message, WhatsApp message and phone number (phone number ‘is not recognised’). If Mind Nutrition monitor these reviews I’d appreciate a reply please.

Excellent products - I take citicoline and l-theanine and noticed almost instant positive effects. I really didn't think this would be the case, having taken supplements before. I believe they have transparent, clean ingredients, and next time, I will use their customised blends, as this will significantly lower the cost. I do find that even stand-alone, they are cost-effective.

I have used this company for several years and like the care and knowledge that goes into their formulations which are of superior quality to the run of the mill products. Delivery is always within 2-3 days.

Ordered a product - it never came and no tracking provided. Contacted the company via their website on 3 separate occasions but received no reply after 28 days. I would avoid doing business with a company who doesn't value their customers and ignores them completely.

UPDATE: The company did get in touch eventually, sent product by special delivery and refunded me, so I have changed my opinion

So I purchased a product from them and I wanted the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis and some information regarding the quality. They ignored every single one of my emails. I emailed them 4 different times on 2 different emails they use. And I didn’t receive a single response. This only suggests they don’t want to expose the quality, or they don’t while this information themselves which is concerning to say that least. Always only buy supplements from places that are open about what’s actually in them!

These products are pure and effective - I've been using various stacks for a year or more and find them very good. Their customer service is outstanding also. Only ever had one incomplete order, this was rectified as soon as I reported it, and was given additional free products as a thank you. Highly recommended company!

Great range of products with ingredients and doses clearly labelled, no proprietary blends here! Prompt response to any emails I have sent also.

I have loads of orders none have gone wrong and customer service is fast answering questions, I am guessing the issues bellow are from eu residents who are suffering from post brexit delivery/customs issues.

This UK-based site fails to label packages correctly for EU shipments, omitting the required preferential origin declaration. Worse, my order was split into two separate packages, both of which incurred unexpected customs duties upon arrival - on top of the expected VAT. In the end, I paid €50 more than anticipated due to these additional charges.

To make matters worse, Customer Service completely ignored my messages. Once they have your money, you cease to exist to them. I do not recommend this site for EU customers at all.

Three days is not enough to see if the product can make any difference for you.

I struggle every time I order to actually buy anything. I find the shop button but that takes me to an information screen which has no way to order. I'm trying to buy Lions Mane 8:1 dual extract.
Why do you make it so difficult? And why is there no contact us opportunity. This is why I'm having to write it in reviews! And this time it looks like I'll miss out on a black Friday discount. Why is it not easy to buy your products?!
