I really like completing the surveys that Maximiles send me, I've been doing the surveys for many years and get rewarded for them, there's lots of gifts to choose from, I usually send for an Argos Gift Card then buy something I want from there.

Always nice to get a free gift! Plenty to chose from the varied list.

My voucher finally arrived!!
After waiting almost 3 weeks I contacted Maximiles to chase up delivery and got a message back that it had been despatched but had not been delivered yet because Royal Mail do not have enough staff. It still took almost a week to finally arrive. Throughout this 4 week period I have had postal deliveries at least twice every week (which seems to be normal around here) so not convinced that Royal Mail should be taking all the blame here.
I have been a member for many years and remember when you could order a voucher on Monday and it would be delivered by Friday that week. If only customer service was still so reliable.

I collected points mostly through surveys and research and other promotions. I was able to redeem my points for an excellent gift. There is an excellent reward system.

The rewards you can receive are very useful and worth the effort you put in to get them.
There are many opportunities to gain points to earn the rewards and it does not take too long to have enough points for a worthwhile item.
It is a simple process to order the rewards and they are received within days.

As I love playing the games, being able to receive rewards was a huge bonus. Whatever types of games you enjoy they have you covered. The choice of rewards are extensive and I challenge anyone not to be able to find something to save their game points for. Highly recommended

After filling in many surveys, finally had enough points to turn into a shopping voucher. It came in the post in the form of a£25 marks and Spencer voucher about 3 weeks after redeeming points.

I always use my points to get Netflix vouchers. It's easy to use with a fast dispatch.

It comes by Royal Mail post, which has become slack, the past few months.

I applied for my reward an M&S voucher on the 28th of July. Despite contacting several times and having assurances that it was on its way I still have not recieved it and the date today is the 28th August. Very disappointed.

I applied for my reward 1 month ago and am still waiting. I contacted them about 1 week ago and have still not received it so I will not be doing anything for them again.

i enjoy the surveys but get screened out a lot and it takes years before i can redeem my points for something relevant. its nice when i eventually get he incentive though hence why i gave a rating of 3 and not 1!

I have requested my sainsbury gift card 3 times but not received still waiting I didn't have very good experience
