Maid2Clean have been a flexible, helpful and friendly service. After some initial difficulty with my original assigned cleaner, who developed health problems I now have a very reliable and professional cleaner (Michelle) who cleans like a dream. Until Michelle was assigned to me, Maid2Clean were very helpful in arranging substitute cleaners to ensure that I always had someone to help.

I have since had to change my rating of Maid2Clean as my second assigned cleaner has now also developed health problems. The temporary cover has been very unreliable and I have had to spend time following up on what is happening. My payments to the company have always been on time and reliable and I have been disappointed with the service they have delivered in the past few weeks. I have tendered my notice.

Having contacted this company four times over the last week or so, we have been extremely disappointed with how they operate - and we haven't even had a cleaner start! They do not answer the phone any quicker than 3 minutes which is very frustrating to start with. Then, when you get through, they are not able to answer questions about their cleaners or their background before they come to the interview - in fact they deliberately tried to avoid our questions about the level of experience and history with the company. The worst part of all... because we were already concerned, we decided to cancel the interview with the cleaner. But guess who just turned up at our door!! Poor girl had spent her own money on a taxi and wasted her time because the business couldn't get their act together and tell her three days ago. A final note of caution - always check the terms and conditions of fees, this company takes a higher percentage of the money for themselves than others so the cleaners get less - how is that fair? Especially when they do not even have the decency to communicate with them.

In relation to your response: I called earlier and reported this as soon as the girl walked away in embarrassment - you have all the information on your system already!! There is no need to pretend otherwise....

The first few cleans were OK. Then one morning the cleaner didn't turn up, and when I phoned the company they said that she came but nobody opened the front door. We have our cleans at 8.30am and our living room is at the front of the house so this was utter Rubbush. The following week the cleaner hadn't turned up by 9.15 so I phoned the company again. This time they said that the cleaner received a text from me asking her not to come (surprisingly as my cleaner never gave me her number). When I explained this to them and asked them to obtain a copy of the message, they said that they were obliged to believe the cleaner in all disputes. I said that I wanted to make a complaint and a refund of the upfront fees that I had paid them for that month, and I never heard back from them. Their customer support is absolutely atrocious. I never expected this from a professional company, however if you take a good look at independent online reviews of the company you will see that customers are less than satisfied.

First cleaner often didn't turn up, company NEVER provided cover, second cleaner didn't even turn up for the interview because she got lost and never thought to telephone to ask for directions or let me know she wasn't going to make it. First cleaner still hasn't given back keys, despite Maid2Clean saying she would. Terrible service.

Following a lengthy stay in hospital last year, which has left me with physical problems it took me a long time to admit defeat and realise that I couldn't keep my home as clean as I wished. After months of neglect my home in a state of disarray underneath the layers of grime. I was unable to use some areas and felt ashamed when I had visitors who were never invited into these parts.
I phoned Maid2clean and they were extremely understanding and I felt that they understood my predicament.
Their choice of person to assist me was excellent and I was allowed to meet and assess her before she started. I felt at ease with her in my home and she has quickly made all areas accessible. At last I am relaxed in my own home. Thank you Maid2clean.

Sally arrived at the given time and got stuck in straight away. I helped a little, organising what was needed and in 6 hours she covered a lot of ground! I must add this was my neighbour's kitchen where he has been away an unexpectantly long time so he will be delighted with the result. I certainly was!Thank you!

Maid2Clean agency is very good. My only reservation is that I had to be committed for 3 months. I appreciate your employees need job security but my need was for when I was injured & I didn'the really need the whole three months.
However my cleaner is very good, so I'm okay to keep her longer.
Also that the agency is paid half as much as the cleaner, who does all the hard work - I would rather pay her more.

Maid to clean is all above the person that cleans, not the company. The person who cleans my house i very reliable, helpful and a no fuss person, who does a good job!

It is nice to know that the cleaners from Maid2Clean have been CRB checked and are totally trustworthy as my mother is frail and elderly and very vulnerable. I did not want to let just anybody have access to her house to clean it, I wanted to know that they would do a good job, but also be totally decent, honest and trustworthy.

The administration of Maid2Clean has been transparent and efficient, their organisation and appointment of a suitable cleaner was very quick and the cleaner (Eileen) has proved to be an excellent choice. She is hardworking and reliable.

I am very happy with the cleaner. After she finishes the house is spotless with a lovely fresh smell.

Maid2Clean arranged a 'one-off' clean for me after we had a very long visit from a family of four. The two ladies who carried out the cleaning arrived promptly, were very pleasant and flexible and worked hard for the whole 3 hours without a break. Thanks to their attentions, the house was gleaming when they had finished. I cannot praise them enough.

As long as you don't mind the extra monthly payment - and I don't - Maid2Clean take the worry away. Cleaners, with some laudable but few exceptions, tend not to be in the work for any great length of time, so there is always the problem of finding a replacement. Maid2Clean have sorted that out for me each time it's happened, without any break in continuity.
The cleaners have varied in quality and I had to ask them to fire one. But the replacement was excellent, so much so I doubted if they could provide anyone of the same calibre when she had to stop for family reasons. But they have: she works extremely well without anyone constantly having to look over her shoulder, does more than I wanted or expected, and is a treat to have around. I look forward to her coming.
I've already recommended M2C to friends - not because they're perfect, no one is, but because they put right any problem without fuss and without me having to worry at all. That alone is worth the monthly fee, and the cleaners, with just that one exception, are more than worth their money.
I tried hiring cleaners myself, before finding M2C, and found large chunks of time when the cleaner was me. That's not a situation I want to experience again!

We have used maid2clean for a number of years. We had some issues with our intial cleaner, which once identified and flagged were recitifed by maid2clean quickly and professionally. Our next cleaner has been with us for a number of years and has been really good. Anything we have asked has been done and we have not had any issues. I have recommended to at least one person, and would not hessitate to recommend to anyone else.

Many thanks to Maid to Clean for the service you've provided over my time with you. Ive found the cleaners very professional in the service they deliver but approachable and flexible with the different tasks from week to week. I would thoroughly recommend them.

As with all such services it comes down to the individual who you invite into your home. We have stayed with the second person who was sent to us by Maid2Clean as she is reliable, cheerful, enjoys her work, understands our requests and idiosyncrasies and acts on them. I think we have been lucky on this occasion. My husband and I are often at home at the time, which helps, but you really do need to be comfortable with your chosen cleaner, building a rapport and mutual respect. We have had cleaners for many years, usually through personal recommendation but it is the first time we have used an agency. The advantage has been that if one person doesn't suit there may be another who will.

Thoroughly recommend their cleaner who I had for 4 years, she never was late nor let me down.
