While on holiday in France I reached out to the Bradford store to find out about some tools that I needed. I only had one day to pick up the tools as I was on route back home to Swindon. Kam at the Bradford store responded immediately to my email and kept what I wanted aside.
I was able to pick up the tools and do the job that I needed to do before travelling home. Great customer service from Bradford Machine Mart and a call out to Kam.

Cant inform them on a weekend that a package never arrived.
Easy to use website and the shops are well stocked and staff are friendly. However the agency they use to deliver their items are shocking.
There is no customer service at the weekend so you can't contact them if your package didn't turn up on a Friday like planned and you can't inform that it never arrived.

This impact wrench surpassed my expectations, previously difficult and time consuming tasks such as removing lower leg fork bolts or alternator rotors achieved in seconds. I was concerned that my 2hp compressor would be too small to cope, this fear proved groundless, using the tool in short bursts,as you do, it never had to kick in at all. The price is excellent for a tool of this quality and competence. Delivery was extremely prompt, next really was next day. 5 stars well deserved.
