Wonderful environment and customer service is amazing. I visited them the third time now. Addicted. :D

Kopi coffee is a delight every month I receive it through my door. Their customer service is fantastic too and I'm just really enjoying my monthly coffee and would recommend to all coffee lovers.

I have been hooked on Kopi since day 1 I have tried it. Great coffee & concept!

Every time I walk past the office of the company next door I get the most pleasant aroma of fresh coffee. It's rare to see one of the people working there without a coffee in hand and there's always a cafetiere in sight. I was sick of the stuff our boss kept buying so asked what it is they buy and was told about Kopi. Subscribing for regular coffee is a complete no-brainer considering the quality and the amount we now get through.

A perfect pick-me-up through the door every month!

I love the fact that I get a different coffee every month from places I really would not expect...India for example. That was last month then this month was a fantastic coffee from Kenya. Love it.

I must admit that prior to discovering Kopi coffee the majority of what I would drink would be instant. Having a fresh bag of a new blend delivered to your door each month is more than convenient, so no excuses anymore when it comes to instant! With the dust removed from my filter machine, I now have amazing coffee in the same time that it would take me to taint hot water with that soluable instant dirt.

I've been a member through gifts from my daughter for two years and I've never had a bad coffee. I love the service I get, I love the coffee I get and I love the excitement of my new package arriving each month. If you're a bit of a coffee nut you'll love it too.

there was an issue with the codes to get my subscription. they were very slow to reply and need a phone number.

If you love to try different coffee from around the world, then the Kopi coffee club is for you. I have never had a bad coffee and I am starting to develop my favourites list. The coffee comes with tasting notes and details about where the coffee came from. I try to guess the flavours before reading the tasting notes - not always with success!! You can also buy additional coffee packs from that month.

Once a month our delicious coffee arrives from Kopi. This coffee 'club' is utterly reliable and so good that we have gifted it on-line to our friends as birthday presents. Perfect!

The coffee is well packaged with some good reading material which is a cut above the rest and helps understand the origins of each months brew. The subscription was purchased as a gift for me and the coffees provided I would say hit the mark about 50% of the time. That's not to say the coffees were poor, just not always to my taste.
Last gripe - the shipping package size has been changed recently and doesn't fit through my letterbox. This makes mail order pointless and necessitates (another) trip to the post office.

Since buying from Kopi, I'd always prefer to bring my own from home. Interesting and exciting blends. Excellent customer service.

The coffee is fantastic, no question. But you won't ever be able to speak to the customer service team if you need to. There's no phone number, they take over a week to reply to emails, they don't deal with issues even when they do reply, and they won't call you despite being asked to multiple times. So if it all works out for you and you don't need to make any changes to your account: great; enjoy it. If you do: beware!

Easy, delicious, gourmet coffee - what more can I say?

Bought for a present it was a love gift. a monthly delivery of coffee sourced from around the world with tasting notes.
the coffee always tastes delicious.
My only complaint is they seemed to have changed the packaging from a pack I can keep on the worktop side to one I can't.
I shall be buying this as a gift for someone else now. highly recommended.

I look forward to receiving my packet of coffee every month. I never realised coffee is grown in so many different countries, and am really enjoying last months "gorilla coffee" from Burundi !

A good variety of coffees once a month to look forward to. I await the 14th with interest

On the 15th of the month, I get a 250g coffee through the door- It now fits through the letter box so it's even better. I have not been disappointed with any of the selections which smell and taste fantastic. The coffee also comes with tasting notes, whilst I dont always 'get' the flavours described, it's a nice little extra.
