Love their electrolytes! Recommended by a family member and I think they’re on the lower end of price as well that you can pay for not very good electrolytes. Customer service fab as well- driver left my parcel somewhere else than what was said on the delivery tracking- contacted CS immediately and they were more than happy to help and investigate further. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews for this company!

Been a long time user of the vanilla, the quality is good and taste is amazing , but disappointed to see they have opted out of providing a portion scoop , not a big deal I know , but I’m so tired of greed and capitalism in the world and the fact they disrespected their consumer for this tiny little saving that I won’t be using their products going forward !!!

I recently have started using kinetica vanilla whey powder 2.2 kg, both myself and my daughter use it, we both found it to mix absolutely wonderfully, its easy on the stomach and really tastes amazing.
Can safely say kinetica have made a customer of us for life 👍🏻
One thing I mentioned previously that I purchased our first (of many) whey powder and could have done with a shaker, I want to thank you for helping us out with that.

I like the whey protein with chocolate flavor - for me it is the tastiest on the market, The energy gels are great too, so definitely my recommendation

Extremely poor customer service. Hiding ingredients that are in their products and then trying to claim that they are easily visible on the product page when they are absolutely not. They also blocked my email address when I still had a refund pending. What am I meant to do if the refund never arrives? That's scammer level behaviour.

Well I have to say, the delivery service was unbelievable. I ordered yesterday morning and it arrive this morning. 😊Packaging was perfect, they even put in a little protein bar, which was lovely gesture. Product looks great!

Cheap garbage product. Whey concentrate and smells/tastes like sour milk. Rancid. Just conning people really. If you're gonna make health products, at least consider health.

I purchased the Whey protein blend. I contacted the company to ask for the product profile, ie what's the ratio of Whey concentrate to Whey isolate.
I was told that this was commercially sensitive information and couldn't be released to the public. Essentially what they are doing is selling their product at a premium price for a standard product, their response tells me that there's more concentrate than isolate in their product which is an inferior product.
Shameful practice really, that a company refuses to reveal to paying customers what's in their product.
Will never order from them again, I'll stick to my usual transparent Whey product.

Ordered an item, courier company they use have delivered it to the wrong address. Between the courier company and Kinetica it is radio silence in getting my order to me.
Going down legal route to get this resolved.

Not sure where to start with this review to be honest. I have attempted to contact Kinetica Sports by their 'Get in touch' message service. That does not work.
I then tried the email address given for customer service that does not work or elicit a response either. Customer service is an issue here!

Very good protein powder mixed really good and taste great (chocolate) , I’ve had many different types over the years of training and this it probably one of the best I’ve had . I mixed it with water and a scoop of the creatine monohydrate together. No lumps or gritty bits . Delivery was also super fast ordered Thursday night and was delivered by 12:00 Saturday morning. Highly recommend

Received order after Christmas break and very happy with the product.

I have to say Billy was a massive help when some of my order arrived damaged - Kinetica provided a replacement within days, which I honestly wasn't expecting - the courier was most likely the one at fault. Billy was really prompt with his response and couldn't have been more professional. Would definitely recommend.

Kinetica are a great company - the products are of high quality and the variety offered is fantastic. There is a supplement to suit all goals. I particularly appreciate the fact that the products are as natural as possible and that there is no acesulfame sweetener or sugar added.

Ordering online is great and easy to use - delivery is very efficient.

I saw results and strength gains within a few weeks of using Kinetica Whey Protein. The product also tastes great. There are added BCAAs and a digestive enzyme.
Overall, great product!

Made my order but the address came up wrong, I emailed to correct it but didn't hear anything back and then a few days later my order arrived at the correct address. So no complaints. Products very good.
