Can’t shop because of tripping over dogs. Dogs absolutely everywhere even in the clothes rails. Very unhygienic. It’s more a dog show

Pity the shops are open on Easter Sunday give your staff the day off

My recent trip to Junction 32 was not a very good experience. The clothes looking older were on sell. I had specifically travelled for M&S after talking to them over a call but I was so taken aback when the staff told me the sale is only on sleepwear. I kid you not, but the stock was so less to be selective and store had absolutely nothing interesting to offer. Not to mention other outlets too had nothing more to offer, Adidas had a horrible deal buy 2 then you will get off, Levis wanted customers to spend 100 then they give you 10 pound voucher, I mean is this a joke? what kind of sale was this?

Dogs all over ridiculous it’s to shop but you can’t get in the shops for dogs it’s stupid

Cannot shop at Junction 32 any more.
My daughter is anaphylactic to animal fur so when going to the Next Outlet last week, we noticed at least 4 dogs in there within a 5 minute period.
My daughter had to leave immediately for safety reasons.
The rails are close to the floor and the aisles are narrow so unhygienic at best for purchasing goods.
I spoke to the manager at Next, she was more interested, should I complain, I need to complain about all the other shops too, that allow dogs in to their stores, blamed the site/ compound owners.
After speaking on the phone to Louise ( one of the managers of the compound) she told me that my daughter should manage her allergies and we should shop somewhere else like White Rose.
Her comments were not only unprofessional but uncaring, and dam right cruel.
My daughter has been discriminated against because of a medical condition that is no fault of her own, absolutely disgusting!!!

Didn't say on the works website that it was closed I'm now going to have to go to range cam manager of junction ask them to update website and announce when it will reopen thanks

Adidas staff rude and racist purchased a Adidas bag from there same as the one staff were putting behind the tills for themselves . So I picked one up after asking the guys Wats special it's a bargain £1.95 price is on the tag I went to the till the girls serving insinuate that I have changed the tags the price should be 20 or 30 pounds so I kept my cool and listened they asked three members of staff including the manager and had the same answer 1.95 they hiding the same bags under the tills for them selves I said . Girls didn't apologize and when I went to the manager Liam he insulted me further by saying tags come off so it's difficult I said the tags on here and price plus the 3 bags your staff has stashed under the tills are the same . What a racist low character man Adidas has employed. The security were called and when he listened to me he said you are right sir the insulted and insinuated and profiled you the way I was dressed and brown.i have a picture of the original tags and receipts

It’s not often I write a review about places I have visited however on this occasion I feel that I want to praise the absolutely lovely staff at junction 32 I have met tonight. The shops we visited were Next , Cotton Traders and Marks and Spencer between 6pm and 8pm in these shops the staff were friendly helpful and made my evening very enjoyable they took the time to chat and I was really impressed . Thankyou.

Great variety of shops from several coffee shops to kitchenware and plenty of choice of shopping including sports, clothing, lifestyle, bedding and beds as well as books and children toys, it has improved over the last couple of years and all the shop units were occupied which is really good, the whole place is really clean @nd the toilet facilities are really good as well, large car parks as well.

A great shopping centre to go to loads of shops for all ages eg food places, sweets, chlothes and many more

Great place always a pleasure to shop here retail staff always pleasant great coffe shops and bargins and escape great food and entertainment for kids

Great place. They have lots of decent branded clothes shops and kitchen ware. I would recommend the Gap store for the best value, Also the Mountain Warehoude - cracking few cafes (costa etc). That said most of the small stores are run by people who barley speak English which is frustrating.
