Wow wow... I’m somewhat a naive person trusting the best in all. I sent them my iPhone 7 128GB unlocked, was offered £297. Since new I had front and back cover. Never got an email from they saying it was revived. Had to contact them myself. Then the offered price was dropped to 190. Shame on you. Never again. Please don’t send them your phone. You’ll regret it.

I regret not reading the reviews here before sending them my phone, which now seems to be forever lost :(

What a bunch of thieves is all I can say. My son sent his iPhone 7 and an iPad having been offered what seemed to be a very good offer via a comparison website. Email received back saying my items were of extreme poor quality so was then offered considerably less. We know, both items had been very well looked after and were in excellent condition.
Numerous attempts to make contact were futile until he heard back a week later saying he had to pay £6.99 to have his items returned......we are still waiting!
We have both tried numerous ways to make contact - their phone numbers are premium rate so please beware.
We have now filed an online incident to Kent Police as these people cannot get away with such crimes.

Immoral company. You send the phone, they don’t contact you. You have to call them. They then offer you much less than the original agreed price. When you refuse they then charge you £7 a phone to return them, refusing to do so until you have sent a bank transfer. No customer service at all - some bloke answers the phone “hello” - not a reputable company ! Avoid at all costs !!

Eventualy got money for my phone but a lot less than i was quoted. I'd not use them again. Also to call them they use a premium number and dont answer emails or call you back.

They stole my phone is there nothing that we can do about a company such as this who continues to trade fraudulently? Any Ideas?

I paid to send my phone to these worse thing I did. I have sent e mails & phoned numerous times but no reply at all. Bogus company that takes from us & give nothing back. I could have gave my phone away to someone rather then send it to them. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Gutted

I like many others I sent my iPhone 6s to this company in November with proof of posting. The received my iPhone and made me an offer far less then was being offered on the website. My iPhone 6s was in excellent condition fully working and with no scratches. I declined there low offer and sent them photos of my phone as proof it was not damaged etc and ever since they have ignored all my emails and I also left many messages on the answer phone asking them to call me to no avail.
I have no idea if I will ever receive my iPhone back or the payment that they were offering on the website
I have reported them to the BBC watchdog and will be contacting the police.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM but if you have had the same issues please report them as I have had

Wish I’d read the reviews here. Absolute crooks. Sent a perfect phone. One to them one to music magpie. Magpie all sorted,cheque returned, in the bank. This sharrer now tell me mine is faulty - no it’s not. They want to offer me under half what was originally offered, that is after having it 5 days and promising money would be in the bank the next day. I sent it registered costing £8, magpie was free, AND iF I don’t accept have to pay to have them return my phone. Reporting them for fraud.

Do not use. Offered £188.00 for my iPhone 7S plus which was in perfect condition and unlocked. However they only offered me £110.00 saying on inspection it was damaged. I have emailed them and text them, asking them to return my phone several times. I have been offered £130.00 now but i want my phone returned. I am now in the process of taking Legal action.

These people have stolen my phone. The phone numbers are premium fake. No reply to emails gone to the police to report them. Stay away from them.

DO NOT USE this company. My wife recently sent her iPhone 6S Plus back to them in A1 condition. Fully unlocked & not a single mark on it. They quoted £218 on the web site. After waiting over a week we contacted them & they only offered £180. How they have such a good rating is beyond me. Stay well clear. They WILL rip you off.

They regraded my iphone 6, when I responded asking for more info as my grading of 'faulty' clearly met their criteria, they have failed to respond. They do not answer their phone and dont reply to voicemails left. In affect they have stolen my iphone as they are not responding. Time to research my legal rights. Please dont make the same mistake as me.

I was offered £130 for my Iphone 6, i posted it, received an email from them saying they had received it then SILENCE. I have received no money, they do not answer emails, their 'customer service' line just rings out. I wish i had read these reviews before i used their site. Absolutely gutted and i hope this review helps others to make a decision NOT to use these cowboys! I have reported them to the Fraud unit, I dont understand how their website is still up and running :(

75% excellent yet they have had so many bad reviews. Something dodgy even on the review page. Do not send your phone. You won’t get any money or get your phone back.

Do not use these guys. They do not contact you back. Their number just keeps ringing and you will not get your money. I have reported these guys to fraud unit. I am also going to have to take legal action as they are crooked.

Do not use! They stole my wife’s iPhone after fraudulently claiming the camera was broken. Action Fraud informed.

Note they are also displaying a fake five star trustpilot rating on their website...

If I could do 0 stars I would, they have been ignoring me for weeks now! I sent my phone to them then asked why I didn’t receive my money.. to which they replied that they hadn’t received it even though I sent through Royal Mail recorded so had evidence.. they just ignored these messages and have kept the phone! And I cannot even get through by phoning....
