The initial order took about 6 weeks to reach me. No response to my emails, and when I did speak to someone after about a month I was advised that 'there are other customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the same part'. Lord only knows how long they must have waited. When the part did arrive it was faulty, but no complaints regarding the prompt replacement. I have now received a bill from Interspares for £0.03p, which I'm not clear what it's for? I won't be calling to find out.

Awful customer services. I attempted to ask a question before ordering an item. I got no answer and decided to order the item anyway.

The item arrived and was not suitable - I have attempted to contact the company to arrange return and again, no reply.

Ordered the part required. It came fairly quickly. It was installed and it worked perfectly. Perfect.

Prompt delivery. Carefully packaged.
We bought a replacement bottom refrigerator door basket/ drawer for our inbuilt unit ( which I had dropped when taking out to clean ....the new part is almost identical...I have recommended this site to one of my work colleagues

Good communication, fast delivery and product as described

I thought I’d write a review given the existing feedback.

They take their time with delivery. My item took 3 weeks and there was no communication until I got a dispatch email 3 weeks after ordering (item says in stock on website).

That said, item is what I required and I wasn’t massively in a rush to receive it. So overall, slow service, but product as described.

If you need an item urgently, probably a good bet to go elsewhere.

Our drawers on our freezers were broken .This company supplied the 3 drawers at a competitive price with super quick delivery and came in a well packaged box .will use this company again

Took a week to arrive, good quality, great tracking.

Returned incorrect item in unopened original packaging, still waiting for a refund a month later, tried to communicate with company, no luck, sent a few emails, no response, one of the worst companies ever had to deal with. Avoid like the plague

I would not recommend any dealings with this company, they take your money and the don't respond to emails, or using the contact for when asking where an order is.
Escalate to paypal and they are still not cancelling or refunding, it has now been raised to a claim via paypal to get my money back

Scam website. I placed and order 3 weeks ago and they won't answer my very polite emails or phone messages (they don't answer the phone).

They answered the very first email and 'Zoe' told me should look into it, and since then nothing, just ignoring me.

I am going to get it refunded by the credit card company now.

Ordered 3 parts for a SMEG fridge.
One didn’t fit & bulb didn’t work. No return info in package. Asked several times, kept checking saying ‘it should fit though’
Wouldn’t tell me how or where to return, still waiting. Also very expensive too.

No delivery of goods / no reply to emails / no return calls / no calls answered
