I was kept fully informed of the progression of my order - when I rejected the initial design and asked for changes to the tie this proved to be no problem and their cooperation was superb. Fast, responsive service and great quality
This was my first time using this company, and I was working to a tight deadline to get everything approved and produced for our charity. The team managed the process really efficiently and delivered everything on time.
Suky was especially helpful. She was responsive and quick to answer any questions I had over email, which made the whole process much smoother.
The badges and lanyards have now arrived and they look great. Really good quality and exactly what we were hoping for.

Great for custom made badges
Out business has ordered various types of badges from i4c lots of times, and they have made some really nice custom made ones for us as well. They are always kind, courteous and helpful with whatever we want, and always deliver above and beyond. Good quality badges, too - some of our staff have had theirs for many years (maybe 10!) and they don't chip or break.

Charity Club Badges
I had previously obtained club badges and wanted to repeat the project. I obtained details of I4c publicity where I spoke with Suky and over a few exchanges and ideas I now have my perfect club badges. From start to finish I cannot emphasise highly enough how easy and good the badges are. The only regret I have is that I did not contact the company sooner thinking how complicated it would be and how wrong I was. I would rate an easy 10 out of 10.
