I’d this is the face of this company I would be re thinking who is send out to deal with any member of the public. Thai woman and k can see she has been referred to is not doing anything positive for this company.

I have watch this company on YouTube on the Pure audits channel. The woman on the video is aggressive with threats of violence and intimidation towards a member of the public doing a lawful activity. She has no knowledge of the law and breaks GDPR by taking a photo on what looks like her personal phone.
Please watch this video before doing business or being employed by this company.

Seen this company on Pure Audits on youtube. Vile rude foul mouthed woman and her companion was not any better. Avoid this company.

Absolutely appalling attitude and lack of professionalism. Intimidating and aggressive behavior towards member of the public, public order offense swearing at someone in public. Avoid at all costs or pray to God you dont have any issues with your purchase.

Just seen a video of a member of staff shouting and swearing at a member of the public on the public pavement outside there premises . If this is the std of there employees I’d stay well clear .

Company needs shutting down and that old woman shutting up. Talking to members of the public doing lawful activities, absolutely disgusting the things that came out of mouth.

Well what can I say. I'm not surprised when I see they have a very low rating on trust piolet. People who work for this company are vile aggressive and bullies. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company, one of the staff a lady was so rude. Swearing at a man standing on public footpath. Disgusting behaviour from the staff

Our Revitive wouldn't charge, no lights would come on while plugged in. The Customer Service Team @ Actegy sent another plug to try, which didn't work. The machine was sent for repair & returned to me in record time. Thanks for a great customer service experience Actegy staff!

Good stuff - happy with them

Revitive machine wasn’t powering on, contacted Manufacturer’s under warranty home collection arranged. Item was fixed and sent back to me within 7 days. All working, excellent service provided. Thanks.

they seem to be the suppliers of 'Revitive' equipment in the UK and send out threatening court actionletters demanding payments for good already paid for and where I have a valid receipt. I wonder how many naïve. elderly and vulnerable people have been conned into paying for their goods received twice over?
my machine failed/faulty after 4 months and they didn't respond or reply to my letters or calls to arrange repair/replacement at all so I'm stuck with a faulty machine and yet they send out threatening letters. absolutely disgraceful company!

This company is a complete shambles I have received threatening letters taking me to court for an error on their part by not collecting payment avoid at all costs

REVITIVE CX Circulation Booster: used 7 times, board not working: contacted company wanted me to pay for new adaptor ? Customer service, insisted I give receipt: warranty does not state keep receipt, states entitled to refund or replace for a major fault: this is major: not acceptable quality. Disgusting rubbish product: customer service nil points..

Ordered this in Feb 2020 but by March 2020 knew it wasn't for me. Emailed to say I was self isolating and received no response. Been shielding for a year and completely forgot about it until a call today. All packed up in cupboard to be returned and been told today thats not happening. £300 for a piece of plastic that doesn't work for me. Absolutely horrendous company. Avoid!!!!!!

18 day still not received no contact, Revitive Medic, no contact no answer phone or email. keep away recommended by eammonn ruth Holmes do they no they have been stung

After just over 6 months since I purchased a foot circulation booster it stopped working.
I phoned customer services only to be told that it would cost me £75 for a repair.
Very unhelpful customer service.
