over the last 5 years i have been using graphics direct and have allways ended up with th same result ,which is absolutely BLOODY MARVELOUS .i spoke to the boss yesterday but he was at the hospital he told me to contact a mr paul dawson whom i have spoke to before and magic sorted in less than5 minutes .delivered next day as promised well done team keep rolling on THANKS again

Absolutely blown away with the speed I received my delivery. I ordered three archival boxes to store some giclees. They arrived the very next day before lunchtime. Each individually wrapped in plastic and copious amounts of bubble wrap. Not a single dent anywhere.
It’s very refreshing to receive art supplies from dealers that actually care.

First time we'd used graphic direct for our design studio and the company went above and beyond to help us when DPD failed to show up. Great service and fabulously packaged parcel with quality products. We will definitely use this great company again.

I have always been pleased with my purchases & the service from Graphics Direct, regardless of this, & only wish I had reviewed them earlier.

Excellent service great range of products superb had a chat with the guys on the phone prior to buying my latest airbrush and nozzle they provided excellent advice and this helped me to choose my latest model of airbrush.

Poor quality mountboard and they'll SPAM you none stop even if you didn't agree to receive emails or try to unsubscribe.

Really Good Company, Was in need of an Airbrush and having looked around these guys had the best price and the option for next day delivery. Unfortunately the Courier service made a mistake and shipped the parcel to the wrong depot which is now delaying my receipt of the Airbrush.

I informed Graphicsdirect by email and within 10 Mins had a really pleasant Phone call and a refund on the delivery charge.

Cant really ask for better service than that, so a big thumbs up from me and will definitely use them again in the future

Excellent customer service.
I have ordered two Pantone colour guides from them in the last month. For the second order, I ordered the wrong thing, and within minutes of emailing them to change the order, they issued the refund.
Great options for shipping, as I needed this urgently- arrived within 24 hours with DPD and a little gift with each order. I run my own e-com brand, and it's touches like this that make customers happy ✨

Excellent service, super fast delivery, competitive pricing & a good loyalty programme

When I placed my order for a large number of Promarkers, I deliberately added items until it said "you've qualified for free delivery". However, I was nevertheless charged £4.96 for shipping. I think this was because I was given a discount as a first time shopper but this wasn't made clear. If it had been, I would have added a few more items to ensure I qualified for the free shipping or removed all the extra items and just pay the shipping. I contacted the company to explain and request a refund of the shipping cost but was told by the sales person via email "I think the breakdown of the costs shows how much more people need to order to get the free delivery option". It wasn't clear to me.
When the pens eventually arrived, many of the nibs were half out. Two months after they arrived, 2 of them have already run out (unheard of for Promarkers which usually last brilliantly) and I think some of the others are soon to follow. I wonder if they had been used and refilled inadequately.
The pens were cheap, but not cheap enough to warrant only 2 months use. Next time I'll pay full price from a reputable supplier.

Absolutely brilliant! Needed a Pantone set urgently for a project and at every point they where spot on. I realised I was looking at an older version of the set when they pointed it out so saved me from making an error buy.

I bought the correct version and it was delivered straight away. The service was fantastic and I'll be using them again. Many thanks for a cracking job.

Ordered an Air Brush which they had listed as in stock at the best price I'd seen.

Having not used them before (just did some basic checks online to make sure they had no major issues) I wasn't sure what to expect but it was dispatched the same day, came the following day via DPD (which was a surprise since the postage had been free) and everything was spot on with the item.

Perfect experience from my perspective :)

Keen prices but overall very quick. Ordered materials at about 1.15pm and received them at about 2.00pm the next day. Good communication about despatch etc.
