Thank you for your update. To clarify: the parcels were left in a communal entrance, not inside my property, and a neighbour had to move them to prevent landlord escalation. I had already informed you I would be abroad from 24 August until 18 September, so I could not handle them myself.

I appreciate that Gordon Direct have now instructed DPD to collect the order and confirmed a full refund will be issued once uplift is complete. However, the unsafe delivery location and lack of communication caused significant inconvenience. I trust the refund will be processed promptly after collection.

Exceptionally difficult to speak to anyone regarding an online order. Telephone messages left and emails sent are not responded to. Still waiting for my order; was assured today the order would be despatched but it hasn’t. Paid £4.99 for delivery which is excessive and unjustified. Will not be using again as this has been an absolutely vial experience. DO NOT USE.

Re the Bangor Springhill Store. Not very good people skills when dealing with people with ailments.

When I asked to speak to a pharmacists the lady at the pharmacy replied Oh! in a shocked and disgusted way when I told her what it was about. For context the reason I attended was for a fungal nail infection (pretty common).

Then the pharmacist asked me in the middle of the floor what the issue was. I asked her if we could go somewhere private (as clearly this is uncomfortable to discuss in front of a load of random people). And her demeanour was very strange. Not sure if she is perhaps socially awkward but it made me feel very uncomfortable when talking to a trusted health professional about an issue and she came across very standoffish.

All in all a bad experience.

Got a digital passport photo done at 9.99. two different Staff took my picture and sent it to my email address being reassured that this photo would pass the passport office requirements. Told that another picture would be taken by Gordon's if any problems. Passports office asked for a resubmit of the photo as not biometrically readable to provide a New passport thus delaying my travel. Went into the local Gordon's again and explained this and was told it had passed the Gordon's criteria and that I'd need to pay another 9.99 to get another photo done. Asked for a refund. That was declined for reason listed previously I left totally a dissatisfied customer. My time wasted on 2 occasions. Went to another shop to get non digital photos done. Sent that off. No resubmit request so far. Waste of my time and money at Gordon's.

DO NOT GO WITH THE COMPANY BEFORE READING THIS!!!!! They tried to deliver my medication when no one was home, they have now had my medication 9 DAYS !! They still have not re-delivered my medication and tomorrow will be 10 days! They also, throw my medication in my neighbours garden which was on camera, I wasn’t aware it was there so it was out on her garden the whole day and night whist is was raining and my medication was destroyed not only that the neighbours have cats bearing in mine this is all on camera!!! I have had to report this company to the medical board and ombudsman whom I’m now in close contact with as this has not been resolved. Good job we both have cameras on our front and back gardens

Called into Downpatrick branch as I needed photos for driving license and passport renewal.

The service was excellent.

It’s the first time order from Gordon’s direct. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process, from ordering to delivery. Would definitely use them again.

Dealing with Gordon's Chemist,turned out to be a painless transaction,the item I bought was at the right price, delivered quick,and the company kept me in the picture with Emails.I will diffently use this Company again.

Quickly delivery

I ordered these items and delivery was very fast and I’m happy with the purchase.

Hairdryer arrived promptly in appropriately wrapped packaging. Speedy service. Great discount on the hairdryer, hence the reason for purchase.

While I rarely post reviews, I need to thank Gordon's Chemists for great customer service. When I had a faulty product purchased from Gordon's and the manufacturer could not send a replacement (after requesting I send it back to them, but no longer in stock), Gordon's sent me a replacement straight away when I provided the evidence of the fault via email.

I found Gordons Direct via Google. I purchased some aftershave. The price was the best I could find and delivery was quick and well packed. Would defiantly use Gordons again and would not hesitate to recommend to any one.

If you read the reply from Gordon's to my review of 24th September, they state that I was in contact with their customer services dept,and actually spoke with them.
This is incorrect. It never happened.
I'm surprised and disappointed that Gordon's would actually do this.
Will be interesting to see how they explain this nonsense.
