Fusiondoors - no Longer Trading 

The central system got my address wrong and despite correcting them a number of times they still sent the installers to the wrong address. The first time the door was due to be installed it was broken so the installation had to be rearranged meaning that I ended up having to take three days off work.

The actual people that came to my house were excellent, very professional and courteous and I love my new door; no issues once it was in.

faultless in all respects, a great door, great price with great service. highly recommend.

The door is excellent as was the fitting, the fitters and the finish.

Love my new door. The guys turned up early and done a fantastic job. I had someone come round and give me a quote that was £600 more than Fusion for exactly the same door with the same fittings. So great price and the door looks great.

Took longer than 7 days to finalise/install my door, but I wasn't in a huge hurry so no problem. I was very impressed with the company (Martindales) who fulfil the orders - the surveyor was thorough, and the two lads who turned up to do the install were great, very friendly, tidy workers, and did a good job. No grumbles.

I recently had new front and back door, very happy with the design and fitting. Love the lack of drafts.

I have been very impressed with the service from Fusion. On choosing my door I paid a very small deposit. I was a little apprehensive to pay the full amount before fitting and it was delayed slightly because the glass was not in, but I was kept informed of the situation. Martindales the fitters were excellent, friendly and very polite and got on with the job. After fitting we did notice that the 4 square glass panes were not straight but this was rectified quickly. Extremely happy with the end product....Thank you a Fusion and Martindales. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We are really pleased with our new door. From ordering to fitting - everything ran smoothly and we felt well-informed throughout the whole process. We were a little nervous paying before completion but we needn't have worried at all. The fitters deserve a special mention as they worked hard and are the tidiest workmen we have ever had. Our new door looks fab and we have had plenty of comments from the neighbours about it too!

We bought our new door in good faith expecting as it says it would be installed in 7 days. 1 month later our door was fitted. Apparently it was because of the glass we had???!!
Surely they could have told us that before taking over £1000 and we would have looked elsewhere for a cheaper quicker service.
I spoke to them several times but it made no difference, oh actually it did. We only had to wait 4 weeks instead of 6! No compensation or even apology.
If your not in a rush & don't mind the blatant lie of 7 days on their website I would use them purely based on the product.

Can not state how overly satisfied I am with the service offered and the craftmanship and quality of the door. We were phoned after the initial payment was taken, date was booked for measuring and they arrived at the time stated. Friendly and excellent service, they should be extremely proud of the service they provie, will definitely recommend to others.

I was very impressed with my new front door and the installation team was very professional. It was installed slightly slower than I expected, however everyone is busy coming up to Christmas! I also purchased the keyfree yale lock which was very pricey, but in my opinion worth the money for such a cool lock! Not having to worry about taking keys with you when you go out drinking is handy. Overall I was very impressed with the service & product I received from Fusion Doors, I would recommend them.

The two chaps that attended did the work diligently and expertly would have no problem recommending you to anyone. They worked fast removing the old door and replacing with new. End product is marvellous well worth the money.

All we had to do was supply them with brews!!

I had my new door fitted by two very polite and respectful young lads named Luke and Dan on 14 November and it was a smooth process from start to finish, despite the door and its frame not quite matching the surveyor's measurements! Nevertheless, Luke and Dan worked diligently on the installation, which took just over six hours, and made a thorough job of clearing up before they departed. In the excitement of admiring my new front door, I didn't realise that the security chain I'd ordered had not been fitted. But this was not a problem: a phone call to the installers soon remedied that and the chain was fitted a few days later. I am now the proud owner of a beautifully fitted new front door, which makes my house look the best in the terrace. My only disappointment is that the glass panels are not as opaque as I would have liked, but I intend to fix that with special glass covering. All in all, it was money well spent for an excellent job, and it was worth doing the research to find the right supplier. My hall and landing are now lovely and warm thanks to my well-fitted door with no draughts. I would also add that the pre-sales service was also very good. It was some time between building my door and actually placing the order and during this time I received a couple of emails from the sales team, but I never felt under any pressure to buy. I would thoroughly recommend Fusion to anyone who is looking for a new front door - they are faultless, very friendly and provide an excellent service. What's not to like?!

The ordering process was very easy and fast done on line and when I had questions about the product, which was not clear on line, it was all explained to me in a phone call.
I had reservations about paying up front for a product but I have read reviews previously I was happy to do it and my door was delivered and fitted within 10 days.
I must also praise the fitters the two young gentleman (who's name I can't remember). They were very polite, explained what they are going to do and were constantly cleaning up and protected our home. The door looks amazing (no more draft coming through) and the fitting is done to a very high standard, I could not find anything remotely dissatisfying. Highly recommend Fusion Doors

My door was fitted a couple of weeks ago and I am absolutely delighted with it. From the first phone call this company were helpful and professional. From the door being measured to the fitting the guys were great. They turned up on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and did a first class job. The doors are very well made and reasonably priced. I love my new door !

My son used Fusiondoors and was very pleased with the service he received. I went online and had a look myself when I wanted a new front door. It was an easy, quick website and within about ten minutes I'd seen the one I wanted, and it was set up within 24 hours. The fitters came when they said they would and installed the door in no time, cleaning up after themselves and left me with the beautiful front door I saw on my computer.
