You leave this blank, they do not get any stars, DREADFUL. My elderly mother in law ordered a bed from them and it never arrived, they promised a refund which still has not materialised. How this company is still in business I do not known. Trading Standards should be all over them !
I will be reporting them to TS and the Bank is now involved to recover the full amount paid. DISGUSTING SERVICE

DON'T buy anything from this company or it's associated companies.
I placed an order in September 2022 and still waiting for it, they blame suppliers and everyone else.
They will give you the run around for as long as they can.
They don't answer their phones and email communication is extremely poor.

CLAIM
I have previously written a review but seeing people sleeping on the floor with furniture being a no show is terrible. I have now gone through small claims (easy process online) and would urge others to do the same. Company's like this simply cannot continue.

Don't order from Frances Hunt online or any company associated with Just Live Ltd. They will accept your order and promise delivery when you phone them but the item does not arrive. They also promise to issue a refund but don't actually refund anything. Loads of people on line are complaining about not receiving their goods. I ordered a bed which never arrived and they have yet to issue a refund.

Again, I would of given this company zero stars if that had been an option. I ordered a wardrobe in July, after many phone calls and emails, always instigated by me, broken promises and many excuses, I decided to cancel my order and get a refund, this was now 3rd January 2023. Again, many phone calls and emails, excuses and broken promises I finally got a full refund on 15th February. Don’t give up trying to get your refund. I told him I’d go to the office to collect the money in person so maybe try this if you can.
Awful company, terrible customer service, can’t comment on their furniture as I never received it. Keep well away.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering two chests of drawers in September. After ordering I was informed that it would be a 6 weeks wait not 2/4. Waited patiently, nothing. Emailed got excuses, phoned got more excuses and I believed them. Last week I had had enough and canceled my order and asked for a refund, and they said that I will take time to return my money, and I believed them. I hope that I won't have to start phoning again.

Rock bottom customer service, cancelled the order and asked for money back. Been waiting for 3 months for original 3 week delivery. Still dont know when it will be delivered and neither do they. Would give 0 stars but cant.

Time frame of order to getting forced refund by bank 8August - 23December .Meant to of been delivered in 5weeks. After going back and forth lots of it'll be within 10 working days it's over 2months of not been delivered. Ask for cancellation the reply is it'll be sent in two days. No thank you, refund please. No refund sent would not answer messages/ phone calls after 4 weeks the bank was able to get my money back. But still not a word from them.

One star as zero wasn't an option. As with most reviews ordered furniture with promise of delivery before Christmas. Needless to say no furniture and no contact or replies to attempted communication. Not even answering the phones now. Luckily payed by PayPal and received refund today.
AVOID at all costs, can't see this company surviving with this level of service.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would, ordered table in chairs early oct 22 in time for Christmas, several phone call later and promises of delivery dates I am no nearer.
Called to day and promised call back, needless to say this didn't, have now opened PayPal dispute requesting my money back.

Absolute rubbish and I can only echo the complaints of others here. I ordered on September 4th and I had to chase up the order around 5 times. No proactive communication from the company about continual delays. I was promised 3-4 weeks for delivery and 2 months later they were still unable to provide an estimated delivery date.

Absolutely horrendous experience with them and I am hoping that they can at least deliver a refund that I've requested.

Good quality at a very fair price would definitely use again and recommend to others

A good solid bed frame, but I did have to chase it up a few times as it took weeks to arrive.

Bought a single bed from this company for £99. It's lasted less than 6 months. Just a rectangular frame, no support in the middle and the top was not much thicker than wallpaper. We added a wooden support in the centre but my 8yr old granddaughter went straight through the very flimsy top.
I have photographic evidence if required.
I definitely do not recommend this company.

Do not use this firm. Still awaiting furniture several weeks after due date and they still can’t confirm when delivery will actually take place. All items were in stock at the time of order with a delivery date of between 2/4 weeks. Despite chasing this up they still cannot give me a date for delivery.

On previous orders I haven’t had an issue with this company. However on my latest order they allowed me to order a product that has been discontinued although still for sale on their website. 14 working days later I am still awaiting my refund even though they had to cancel my order not the other way around. No justification for keeping a customers money for this long because you couldn’t fulfil their order!

Sad that this delivery FH didn't live up to expectations. It wasn't made clear when I spoke to the office 24 hours before delivery that - although disposal of the previous bed had been paid for - Covid means no collections are currently being made. I lugged a double divan onto the pavement and told the team I'd paid for collection. They said nothing, then got in the van and drove off with me running after them, waving frantically. C'mon guys. I at least deserved an explanation/apology rather than having to lug the old bed off the pavement again before I got into trouble with my local council. FH office apologised when I called to find out why, but the suggestion that I 'find a van' wasn't great.

Excellent help and advice prior to purchase and then speedy delivery, great service and great quality product that looks exactly as we wanted.... comfy too! Would definitely recommend.

I took delivery of a bed for my tenant last week and was very impressed with the item and also the speed with which the item was delivered.
The driver could not do enough to help as well.
Will definitely recommend Frances Hunt and use them again.
