Ferretcouture Bewertungen 

I placed an order with Ferret Couture on 5th September 2022. I am increasingly concerned that it is a scam. No contact, no emails, nothing. If this online shop is open for business, which i am now beginning to doubt...then the customer service is appalling.

Appallingly poor customer service.

It's been 20 days since I've ordered from them and I've had no shipping confirmations or emails after the initial payment when through. I've emailed twice and have not heard back. Feels somewhat like a scam? Even if the order does ever arrive I will definitely never order from them again.

I really wish i could write a good review because there products are amazing for ferrets. Yet the delivery process is a nightmare i live in the uk its 5.95 to deliever here and for paying almost 6pounds for delivery you would expect updates or a pretty fast delivery. I have had bed ordered its says on the one i got 7days until dispatched it took nearly 3 weeks to get here. Ordered again on 8th may 2021 some treats and toys emailed 22nd of may to ask for update no reply message again waiting for a reply. Just Under 3 weeks i have been waiting for product with no news of delivery or a update. Its a bit of joke and they need to do better.

I have just completed my fourth order with Ferretcouture. I have ordered beds, clothing, and harnesses previously. Each item has been well made, arrived on time, and stood the test of time. I was expecting the beds to fade, or quickly show signs of wear (like some of the cheaper ones available elsewhere), but these have definitely been worth the little bit extra. When I've had to contact the company, due to an error I made entering the delivery address, the employee I spoke to was polite and super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend loves your website. Orders from it as often as she can. Good customer services, great delivery and packaging! But most of all, fantastic items! Our ferrets (and chinchillas too) enjoy your products so much.
