Never got my package and still haven’t heard anything from customer service it has been a month now. terrible website don’t use it and if you do you can kiss your money good bye because you just got scammed

I should have looked up the reviews. I never received my package even though they claim it was delivered. I have surveillance cameras at my house and package never arrived. First it was said to be shipped via UPS and then it shows US Postal service had the package. Ordered on November 24th and the claim it was delivered on December 16th. Nearly a month. Then contacted customer care whom told me i need to wait an additional 3 weeks. Unbelievable. I am very unhappy as this was for my daughter Christmas present. 😡

Never received a package because they put out dog s*** quality merch and everyone complained, so they told it took too long to tell them. Bought 2014 the Shady XV mask with the album bundle. I did not get either of them. Later I found out that the problem with the ShadyXV Hockey Masks was that the print was horrible and People complaining, so I guess they just gave up on sending them out. but instead of telling people and giving a refund, they did nothing. when I asked for a refund several times, they kept saying no and that I took too long to email about it.
€80 down the drain.
I wouldn’t be surpised if they robbed hundreds of people - I wasn’t given a tracking number either, I wasn’t updated, I got nothing at all

I ordered months ago from Netherlands. Shipping got delayed because of problems at their side. Shipping was refunded. Once i recieved the hoodie on 3rd of january, we were really dissapointed. It is really poor quality. Like it's already been worn and washed. I am not accusing them. But i would rather have had an honest opinion of the quality on their website. I can buy a hoodie for much cheaper with better quality. There is no way of saying this hoodie is a original because there is no label from eminem. Only a print with venom in it. It came in a plastic postagebag but the sweater was not put in an extra bag. Really dissapointed. It was a christmas gift. But ashamed to give it because it looks so cheap.

Update:
After a few emails and photos they will refund my money. I have to say, after the email contact. It is a bad customer service. I got a short reply, that i had washed the sweater( which wasn't the case and that they wont do anything. I mailed them 5 minutes after recieving it)!. Than i also got a really bad website link about calender/shipment. A lot of spam on the site. They apologized and mailed the wright track and trace. By then i already figured out where the sweater was. So think twice if you want to order. That's all i want to say.

I love Eminem, but I don’t think I will ever be purchasing from his store again. I never received my item so I emailed customer support. They replied to me and then right as they were getting ready to “process a refund” they just stopped replying. Then this happened a second time. My time and money has been wasted. I’ve been ignored by customer support twice. I was a repeat customer too, but they’ve lost me forever. It’s so horrible to scam people out of their money like this.

My son ordered a shirt in 2019 and after 4 months we received the shirt. In june 2020 he ordered another shirt, in december he sent an email to the webshop because he did not receive the shirt. The Eminem webshop told him he was to late with complaining. So no shirt and no savings...Very bad service to a young fan.

I paid for my order and the item never arrived. They said there was nothing they would do to help. Do not trust this website, they will take your money and not send you any goods.

You’d have better luck making your own merchandise. Don’t expect to get any kind of customer service. God help you if you need a refund for any reason. But it’s not like they care anyway. People are still going to buy this stuff no matter how badly their “customer service team” treats you

Best shopping site

No customer service. Only auto replies. Jacket without a tag was received. The jacket was too small and we asked on several occasions what we needed to do to exchange it to a bigger size. This is ongoing for almost two months. I do not recommend this website Disappointing for fans.

They dont add the documents for customs, so the package gets sent back. They dont refund. Basically if You place an order from outside USA, You lose your money.
