Easyspace is great, easy to use, the customer support we have is amazing, We love the fact that you can actually get through to real people, in our case, very fast.

I wish to transfer away my domain names, what should be a very simple process, is very difficult with Easyspace. Not to mention their extortionate transfer fee of £18 per domain.

When I paid the fee and verified in my banking app, nothing happens to suggest the transaction has been successful. I just get a white screen.

I have raised a support ticket detailing the issues I am having, I am still awaiting a reply.

over the last 15 years or so I have had to deal with countless hosting companies, Easyspace are by far the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Very, very good company! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs good Internet services and email! Can’t go wrong using this company!

The members of staff I spoke to were all extremely helpful - including someone who answered the phone at exactly 5.30 (end of work day) and had a train to catch. I had been waiting for the phone to be answered for 17 minutes so would not have been happy if told my query couldn't be dealt with then.

Owing to my retirement, I am no longer using their services, I have had to close my business website and emails, but I feel that I must give them a 5 star review.
I have been with them for 25 years, they have never let me down, I needed their help on numerous occasions and they were always quick to respond, often out of normal working hours.
I can't thank them enough!

This company takes money without providing the service and fails to provide evidence. Emails for the past month have been ignored. They have refused to refund £1500 they took.
