They make it unnecessarily difficult to receive the cashback they advertise. My first cashback claim wasn't paid for nearly a year until I contacted support multiple times and they finally triggered the payment after a successful request. However, when I submitted another claim just a few days outside the 60-day claim window, it was rejected. The 60-day deadline is buried in the terms and conditions, so it's easy to miss until your claim is refused. Overall, it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ive used e2save for 15 years. Now they are no longer trading and I would like my remaining cashback claim. I can't get into my account to even send in my bill. Had to speak to customer services to get my last cashback. Curry's are doing well and so are e2save sister company. Can I have my cashback please. I kept up my side of the contract. Full rubbish. I was order iPhone 17 pro max they asking for 1 bank account they charge 1p just for bank verify when I give them bank account they want to charge £199 . That's cheating and rubbing people

Where is 0 stars. This company is advertising cashback but it is not easy and customer service is not a service for customers. Stay away from e2save. They over sell themselves and now there is no way to claim online for cashback! Funny that. Only to call them which is unhelpful, language barrier and rude.

Don't buy from e2save
After numerous occasions of contacting this company. The company is not getting back to you at all, from writing reviews to requesting to speak to the manager. I have recieved a faulty phone and on speaking to customer service it has been made abduntly clear that the service is appalling. They don't want to help you and support you but they are very quick to take your money. I will advice all people to not buy anything from e2save, they are that terrible that they don't even have a complaints department.

Great service
Great service. I initially phoned as the purchase I tried to make on their website didn’t go through. I was told it was out of stock so they went out of their way to find me a phone. Ended up with a really nice phone and a great deal on a contract. Would definitely recommend e2save.

Great service
After reading some of the reviews after I purchased the phone I was sceptical. But I was pleasantly surprised. The phone arrived quickly and the price was very good. I can’t fault the company's service at all and would definitely recommend them to others.
