They could not find the item i had ordered

service was great but delivery was a disaster. you should not use dpd. they told me it would be left in the porch and then told me that "porch" had signed for it. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it, phoned dpd and they told me it was in the front porch.
I then got the parcel from my neighbour who found it 2 days later in his postbox.
Dpd could ruin your reputation.

I bought 3 small link cables for some under cabinet lighting. These were discontinued by the manufacturer some time ago so searched the internet and managed to find some on the e-tradecounter website. I called to check they had them in stock which they did, so went ahead and ordered but the cost of postage was exorbitant! £12.00 to send 3 small link leads. So not only are these people making a profit on the goods they sell but also making a fat profit on the postage!!

Did my order on telephone & found it easy & straightforward The person I spoke to was polite & pleasant The item didn't arrive in the time frame so rang the company & was assured the item had been dispatched She said that she would contact the courier & ring me back This she did & there had been a problem at the couriers depot & told it would be delivered to me on Monday ( this being late Friday afternoon) The item was duly delivered on Monday Although there was a delay it was dealt with speedily & effectively by the lady at e- tradecounter No hesitation in recommending this company based on my experience
